【摘要】 在高等学校的贫困生问题日益突出,产生的各种矛盾和社会问题日益尖锐的背景下,研究高校贫困生资助问题,对其进行反思,完善高校贫困生资助体系,是我国高等教育面临的一个十分紧迫而重要的理论课题和现实课题。加强对高校贫困生资助体系的研究,一方面对于丰富和发展教育学中教育公平、教育投资理论,探索具有中国特色的高校贫困生资助模式,具有极其重要的理论意义；另一方面,对于进一步完善高等教育资助政策和制度,切实解决贫困大学生的入学和成长问题,实现教育公平,维护社会稳定,促进社会和谐发展,也具有十分重要的现实意义。本文分为四大部分,第一部分是对我国高校贫困生资助体系的概述,一方面对“贫困生”这一概念作出界定,同时介绍了我国贫困生资助体系的背景及目前的主要资助方式；第二部分即从体系,制度,具体操作等几个层次剖析目前我国资助体系存在的问题；第三部分介绍西欧、美国、日本等国外资助模式,并对我国的资助体系做出一些启示；第四部分结合我国目前资助体系的不足和国外资助模式的经验,对贫困生的资助体系及其配套措施提出相应的对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Poor students in colleges and universities is becoming increasingly prominent, resulting in a variety of conflicts and social problems against the backdrop of an increasingly acute study the issue of subsidizing poor students in colleges and universities, its reflection, perfect support system for poor students in colleges and universities, is facing one of China’s higher education a very urgent and important theoretical issues and practical issues. Strengthen the support system for poor students in colleges and universities in research, on the one hand for the enrichment and development of pedagogy in educational equity, investment in education theory, and explore with Chinese characteristics, mode of funding poor students in colleges and universities, has an extremely important theoretical significance.
