初中学生综合素质评价公正性研究

【摘要】 随着素质教育的不断深入,新的课程评价体系不断完善,学生综合素质评价成为新课程评价体系中的重要内容之一。教育部颁布的《国家基础教育课程改革实验区2004年初中毕业考试与普通高中招生制度改革的指导意见》(教基厅[2004]2号)明确提出:综合素质评价的内容应以道德品质、公民素养、学习能力、交流与合作、运动与健康、审美与表现等六个方面的基础性发展目标为基本依据。但同时也强调:各地可结合实际情况将其具体化,使综合素质评价的方法具有可行性,并力求评价结果的科学和公正。本文试图通过呈现目前初中学生综合素质评价的实施情况,证明公正性对于实施初中学生综合素质评价的重大意义,研究保证初中学生综合素质评价的相应策略,力求初中学生综合素质评价的科学和公正。论文共为四部分:论文第一部分阐述了初中学生综合素质评价的意义,介绍了初中学生综合素质评价的指导思想、基本内容、方法步骤和结果使用。论文第二部分介绍了实施过程中,为保证初中学生综合素质评价公正性而采取的措施。论文第三部分分析了影响初中学生综合素质评价公正性的几个因素。论文第四部分提出了完善初中学生综合素质评价公正性的相应策略,力求初中学生综合素质评价的科学和公正。

【Abstract】 With quality education, and the deepening of the new course evaluation system perfect, students’ comprehensive quality evaluation become the new curriculum evaluation system is one of the important content. Issued by the ministry of education basic education course reform country post in early 2004 graduation exam and ordinary high school admissions system reform of the guiding opinion on (to teach the hall [2004] no. 2) clearly put: the overall quality appraisal content should be to moral quality, citizen accomplishment, ability to learn, exchange and cooperation, movement and health, aesthetic and the performance and so on six aspects of the basic development goals for basic basis. But at the same time also stressed that can be combined with actual situation all over the specific, make the overall quality appraisal method is feasible, and makes every effort to the evaluation results of science and justice. This paper attempts to present the junior middle school students’ comprehensive quality evaluation, the situation of the implementation of the proof to the implementation of junior high school students fairness comprehensive quality evaluation and the significance of junior high school students’ comprehensive quality guarantee research assessment of the corresponding strategies, strive to junior high school students’ comprehensive quality evaluation of science and justice.Paper is divided into three parts:The first part of the thesis expounds the significance of evaluation of junior school students’ comprehensive quality, introduces the junior middle school students’ comprehensive quality evaluation of the guiding ideology, basic content, procedure and results of the use of.The second part of the thesis introduces the implementation process, to ensure the fairness of the junior school students’ comprehensive quality evaluation and measures taken.The third part of the paper analyzes the impact of junior high school students’ comprehensive quality evaluation impartiality of several factors.The fourth part of the thesis put forward to improve the junior middle school students’ comprehensive quality evaluation of fairness of the corresponding strategy, strive for junior middle school students’ comprehensive quality evaluation of scientific and fair.
