四川旅游产业竞争力提升研究

【摘要】 经济全球化背景下,旅游产业是服务业中需求潜力巨大并发展迅速的一个行业,它的发展对区域经济有着深远的影响。当前,四川省旅游产业还存在着一些问题,如何提高四川旅游产业竞争力,实现旅游资源优势向旅游经济优势的转化,将成为四川省提升综合经济实力时亟需解决的一个问题。四川虽然是一个旅游资源大省,但还没有真正的成为旅游强省,旅游产业还没有真正成为四川省的支柱性产业,进而从根本上提升四川省的综合经济实力。因此,本文旨在通过对四川旅游产业竞争力的影响因素的分析和总结,发掘其在自然和文化资源禀赋有较大优势情况下,如何通过要素创造来提升四川旅游产业竞争力,解决在四川省在提升旅游竞争力过程中存在的障碍和问题,使四川旅游产业健康、快速的可持续发展。第一部分对本文的目标和意义等进行了简单的阐述。第二部分文献综述首先对旅游、旅游产业等概念进行了界定和分析,进而对区域旅游产业竞争力相关领域的研究作了一些综述。第三部分对四川旅游产业发展现状进行了研究,对四川旅游产业发展和现状进行总结和分析。最后通过现状分析,得出了四川旅游产业竞争力方面存在问题。本文的关键分析和创新点在于本文的第四部分,首先从旅游产业的生产要素方面进行分析,然后对四川旅游产业进行了市场需求和四川旅游市场、旅游企业等方面进行研究,发现其产业竞争力弱的原因所在;此外通过影响四川旅游产业的相关和支持产业分析,找出促进产业合作的关系。最后对旅游产业相关的政府政策和机遇进行了分析,为本文下一部分的提升旅游产业竞争力的措施提供依据。文章第五部分为提升四川旅游产业竞争力的措施和相关政策的研究。通过借鉴了国内外其他区域旅游产业竞争力较强的旅游模式。分析现在和“十二五”期间四川省对旅游产业发展的政策,希望通过政策方面的指导,来提出本文中特有的建议。

【Abstract】 The backdrop of economic globalization, the tourism industry is developing rapidly and demand huge potential for the consumption of services and its regional economic far-reaching and serious. and the tourism industry, sichuan, there are still some problems, how to improve the competitiveness of the sichuan provincial tourism industry, tourism resources advantages to the economic advantages and improve the comprehensive economic zone will be one of the problem cries for solution.Sichuan is a big saving resources in tourism, but have not truly become one of the travel and tourism industry has not become a real estate of the sichuan province important from sichuan, comprehensive promotion of economic strength. therefore, this paper to the tourism industry factors influencing the competitiveness of the analysis and summary, the natural and cultural resources responsibility to have greater advantage of the factors in creating to promote industrial competitiveness. Thus It reveals the promotion of the tourism industry in the promotion of competitiveness of the main obstacles and problems and put forward some constructive proposal to promote the tourism industry, tourism industry to compete in health, rapid and sustainable development.The second part of the review. first, to travel and tourism industry like to define and analysis. the area’s tourism industry competitive areas of study made several review. the third part of the tourism industry to develop the status quo of the study. for the tourism industry and the present review and analysis. by analyse the situation, the sichuan tourism industry. competitive spheresThe key points of analysis and in the fourth part of the text first and foremost from the tourism industry in the production factors analysis and in sichuan tourism industry on the market demand and sichuan tourism market, travel business for research, find its industrial competitiveness; why are affected by the tourism industry and support of industry analysis related to promote industrial cooperation. the tourism industry to the government policy and analysis, opportunities for the next part of the promotion of competitiveness of the tourism industry on measures to provide.The last part of the tourism industry to improve the competitiveness of the measures and related policy research. by learning and other competitive regional tourism industry is tourism. the analysis and " " in sichuan十二五during the tourism industry to develop policies and to hope the policy guidelines, to put forward this particular proposal.
