【摘要】 1本研究证实,九子生精汤和五子衍宗丸均对肾精亏虚型少精子弱精子症有确切疗效,九子生精汤疗效更优于五子衍宗丸,临床应用无明显毒副作用,安全性良好。2本研究证实,九子生精汤能可明显改善肾精亏虚型少精子、弱精子症患者的中医临床症状,能显著提高患者的精液量、精子密度和精子活力3本研究证实,九子生精汤和五子衍宗丸均能改善少弱精症患者精子顶体酶活性,九子生精汤提高更为明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Jiuzi Shengjing Decoction (JSD) in treating oligospermia and asthenospermia. Explore Chinese medicine of enzyme activity of sperm top body of influence.Methods:80 patients from September 2009 to January 2011 patients in the treatment of Shiyan City Taihe Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomized into two groups:the treated group administrated with JSD, and the controlled group is administrated with Wuzi Yanzong Pills(WYP), both groups were theated for three months. Two groups of patients were observed semen volume, sperm density, sperm motility and the acrosin activity of sperm.Results:1 The clinical therapeutic efficacy:the total effective rate 94.87%, pregnancy rate of 33.33%, effective in 41.03%, 20.51% effective, ineffective 5.13%; the control group, the total efficiency of 78.95%, pregnancy rate of 15.79%, effective in 34.21%,28.95% effective, ineffective 21.05%, the statistical test to compare the treatment group than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).2 To improve the sperm density in both groups, after treatment, sperm density from 11.26±2.91 (x106/ml) increased to 30.26±9.23, control group after treatment, sperm density from 10.82±3.74 increased to 26.29±7.44, treatment group is more effective than the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05). After treatment, sperm from the A-level before treatment 13.26±6.08 (%) increased to 29.59±5.32, A+B grade by the sperm before treatment 26.41±8.03 increased to 51.56±8.83; in the control group from the A-sperm before treatment 12.47±5.09 increased to 26.11±5.12, A+B grade by the sperm before treatment 26.50±9.36 increased to 45.65±8.01, compared with before treatment between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.01), but the treatment group than in the control group more effective (P<0.01).3 The two groups can improve the acrosin activity of sperm, compared before and after treatment was significantly (P <0.01), JSD was better than WYP, the difference was significant (P<0.01).Conclusion:The Jiuzi Shengjing Decoction (JSD)had the action to improve the patients’sperm quality and acrosin activity with oligospermia and asthenospermia.更多还原
