垃圾焚烧电厂SIS系统的设计与实施

【摘要】 最近几年,作为新兴的环保产业的重要组成部分,垃圾焚烧发电产业在我国得到了飞速的发展。现在的垃圾焚烧电厂在生产中已经普遍使用了可编程逻辑控制器PLC和集散控制系统DCS,过程控制的自动化水平已经处于较高的水平,但是还存在着生产调度管理和现场生产之间数据不能方便地交互和共享,企业整体信息化水平不高的问题。为了提高垃圾焚烧电厂的信息管理与自动控制一体化水平,在全厂范围内实现生产过程的优化管理,在垃圾焚烧电厂中配置已在我国电力系统得到广泛应用的厂级监控信息系统SIS (Supervisory Information System)符合当前发展的需要。论文简要介绍了垃圾焚烧发电产业在我国的发展,从现场的实际需要和技术的可行性方面阐述了SIS系统在垃圾焚烧发电厂的发展前景。论文对SIS系统的概念的提出和发展过程进行了介绍,依托具体的工程项目,研究了SIS系统构成、硬件配置选择、网络拓扑结构、实时数据库平台、容错服务器技术等关键性问题,对项目中采用的SiPHD工业历史数据库软件系统的性能特点及使用情况、Stratus容错服务器及其使用的连续处理技术进行了详细的介绍。根据项目的实际情况和现实需求,开发了一系列的应用功能和性能计算模块,并在工程项目中进行了实际的应用和效果检验。最后,论文对项目实施的效果进行了评价,对在项目实施过程中发现的问题进行了探讨。

【Abstract】 In recent years, as a new important component of environmental protection industry, garbage incineration power generation industry in China has been rapidly developed. Programmable logic controller (PLC) and distributed control system (DCS) has been widely used in the operation of garbage incineration power plant and automatic process control has been at a higher level, but the data share and exchange between production scheduling management and field production cannot be carried out easily, resulting in enterprise low level informationization. In order to improve garbage incineration power plant information management and automation level of integration, to achieve optimal production management in the whole plant production process, configuring Supervisory Information System (SIS), which has been widely used in China electric power system, meets the needs of current development.Development of garbage incineration power generation industry in China was reviewed, followed by the SIS future development discussion from the scene of the actual needs and technical feasibility aspects. SIS development was reviewed based on practical project case. SIS system configuration, hardware configuration, network topology, real-time database platform, fault-tolerant server technology and other key issues were researched. The performance of SiPHD industrial history database software system, Stratus fault-tolerant server and its continuous processing techniques were described in detail. According to the project’s actual situation and requirements, a series of application functionality and performance calculation module were developed, and then tested in practical applications.Finally, the implementation effect of the project was evaluated, and problems found in the implementation were discussed.
