物探车低频振动控制研究及嵌入式点检采集系统开发

【摘要】 本论文研究的内容分为两个部分。第一部分是物探车低频振动控制研究。物探车振动系统的特点归纳起来主要有起扫频率低、簧载质量大并且参有随机信号成分。根据这些特点,本文首先围绕原有空气弹簧被动隔振元件的改进与优化展开。探讨了通过增加附加气室体积降低空气弹簧固有频率等技术措施的局限性。之后在文中提出四种物探车振动控制方案并总结了所提方案的优缺点及可行性。最后建立了以空气弹簧作为隔振元件并对其实施刚度半主动模糊控制的仿真模型。输出结果划分两个频段0.5~2.4Hz,2.4~6.2Hz进行分析。结果显示与被动隔振系统的优化方案相比在不同频段内车身加速度、位移,空气弹簧动载荷分别取得不低于17.96%、2.99%、14.8%的性能提高,表明该方案可有效降低震源对车体造成的损害。第二部分是嵌入式点检数据采集系统设计与开发。设备点检管理制度是全员、全过程(TPM)对设备进行动态管理的一种管理方法。本文采用WINCE 5.0系统,结合拟定的点检制度,开发了一套既可用于企业计划点检、巡检,又可用于自由点检、自由数据采集的嵌入式点检系统。在系统实现的过程中对计划点检任务量巨大,点检人员可能产生抵触情绪等情况作了充分考虑,在人机界面设计上注重省略不必要的操作步骤并在很大程度上简化、减少了操作,大幅提升系统便捷性,更加人性化。自由点检功能模块将振动采集功能参数设置作了改进,即使面对大量的临时性数据采集需求,也能减少采集人员频繁输入测点信息的次数,大大提高工作效率。使用嵌入式点检采集系统使得企业设备管理体制更加规范化,减少传统点检管理方式存在的成本高、记录维护查询困难,管理效率低下等缺点。

【Abstract】 This paper consists of two parts. The first part of paper is about research into the control on the low frequency vibration of geophysical prospecting car. To sum up, the vibration system of geophysical prospecting car is characterized by its low starting frequency, big inertia mass and random signal. Based on these characteristics, this paper focus on the improvement and optimization of pneumatic spring passive vibration isolator first, and also discussed the limit of some technical measures such as lowering the inherent frequency of pneumatic spring by increasing auxiliary chamber volume and etc. And several geophysical prospecting car vibration control schemes have been put forward and the advantages and disadvantages of them are also discussed. At last, a simulation model, which carries on the semi-active fuzzy control by using pneumatic spring as vibration isolator also be made. The output was divided into two frequency (0.5-2.4Hz,2.4-6.2Hz) for analysis. The result is that in different frequency bands, the acceleration and displacement of the geophysical prospecting car, and the dynamic load of pneumatic spring have been upgraded respectively at the rates of 17.96%, 2.99% and 14.8%, which suggests that this scheme can effectively lower the damage from vibroseis to the body of the car.The second part of paper is about design and development of embedded spot inspection data acquisition system. Equipment spot inspection management is a kind of dynamic management on equipments, a way to carry out the total productive maintenance (TPM). The embedded spot inspection system, which based on WINCE5.0 platform, can be applied to enterprise plan spot inspection, routing inspection, as well as free mode and free data acquisition, was developed by following planned spot inspection management. In the course of realizing the system, the possibility that spot inspection personnel might act reluctantly as plan spot inspection task is burdensome has been taken into full consideration. Omitting unnecessary operation procedures when designing man-machine interface and greatly simplifying the operation process make it more convenient and more humanized. Free spot inspection function module improved the parameter settings of vibration data acquisition, which will result in largely decreasing the times of inputting test point information and raising work efficiency, even if in the face of a great demand for temporary data acquisition. Put into use, the embedded spot inspection is meant for standardization of enterprise equipment management and overcoming the shortcomings of traditional spot inspection management, such as high costs, ineffective administration, difficult records maintenance and inconvenient data query.
