F3系列硬盘生产中防尘研究及实施

【摘要】 目前的硬盘驱动器,磁头飞行高度一般在10nm左右,而一颗普通尘粒的直径≥0.3μm,一旦高速运转的磁头碰到这种尘粒,就会造成磁头损伤或者碟面划伤,从而导致硬盘报废。本课题通过对硬盘尘粒的分析研究,以期改善这一点。硬盘生产中防尘研究主要集中在“洁净的环境”和“干净的零部件”这两个方面,论文通过大量的实验研究来分析尘粒的来源,并提出相应的防尘除尘措施,良好的无尘室控制可以满足“洁净的环境”的要求,而采用改善后的超声波清洗参数则可以得到“干净的零部件”。本论文主要工作有:采用检测试验法对F3系列硬盘生产中尘粒的来源进行分析和查找;通过改善防尘室的操作规程和试建模范生产线的方法来改进硬盘生产中的防尘效果,经测试分析硬盘尘粒状况确有改善;在研究了超声波清洗机理之后,采用正交实验法改善超声波清洗参数,以达到获得更干净的零部件;对硬盘生产线防尘除尘进行综合实验,结果表明硬盘尘源性废品率有明显的下降。

【Abstract】 Dust prevention is very important for current Hard Disk process. For current harddisk drive, the slider flying height is about10nm, but one normal particle size is more than0.3μm, once the high velocity slider (more than5400revolutions per minute) run into theparticle, it will cause slider injury or disk damage. This paper will study the particle sourceand cause, and then improve it.F3Hard Disk particle control main focus on “clean parts” and “clean environment”,it is our particle control principle, this paper base on a large number of experiments tostudy the source of particle and take corrective action to improve it, good clean roomcontrol can meet the requirement of “clean environment”, and the optimized ultrasoniccleaning parameter can get the “clean parts”.The major work of this paper: make experiment to find and analyze the source of F3series hard disk particle, and then through change clean room handling procedure andbuild model line to improve hard disk production dust prevention effect, the result showhard disk particle status improved; after research the theory of ultrasonic cleaning, useorthogonal experiment to improve the parameter of ultrasonic cleaning and get the morecleaned parts; finally do comprehensive experiment of hard disk production, final resultshow the hard disk defect which caused by particle decreased rapidly.
