【摘要】 自2010年10月份以来，伴随着房地产三大政策的出台，我国的房地产行业正进入一个全新的时代，房地产的泡沫将越来越小。出于国家政策调整和市场需求考虑，在住宅商品房中，房地产商将会把注意力更多地转向刚需一族。论文正是在这样的背景下提出了蜗居住宅空间的优化设计，为城市提供更丰富的蜗居住宅产品，以满足城市家庭个性化需求和适应性需求。本文主要探讨蜗居住宅空间的优化设计策略，力求为我国蜗居住宅的发展提供一定的借鉴参考价值。全文共有5章，分3个部分。其中第1章为第一部分，阐述课题的来源、论文的研究背景以及国内外研究现状。第2、3章为第二部分，在对蜗居住宅的相关理论和主体需求进行概况分析的基础上，分别从蜗居住宅的平面空间、立体空间及收纳空间三个角度进行优化设计策略的探讨，并引进国内外优秀设计案例进行详细阐述，力求在小空间中营造能够满足多种功能需求的居住环境。第4章为第三部分，主要通过对南京宜家空间设计案例和南京正在热销的蜗居住宅案例进行剖析，总结了其设计的方法和值得借鉴的地方，为蜗居住宅的理论研究提供更加实际的应用基础，接着笔者根据以上探讨的设计方法自行设计了一套蜗居住宅方案并对其进行了详细的阐述。最后通过总结归纳对本文的研究重点和不足之处进行概况分析，为今后更好地进行蜗居住宅理论研究指明方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since2010October inception, accompanied by the three real estate policy come on stage,the real estate industry in China is entering a new era, the real estate bubble will be more andmore small. For the adjustment of national policy and market demand, in the residentialcommercial housing, real estate business will shift the focus more towards just a. The paper isin this context, puts forward an residential optimization design, for the city to provide moreabundant dwelling residential products, to meet the personalized needs and adaptability of cityfamily needs.This paper mainly discusses the dwelling house design optimization strategy, and strive toprovide our dwelling residential development to provide certain reference value.This thesis consists of5chapters, divided into3parts. The first chapter is the first part ofthis paper, the origin, the research background and the research status at home and abroad. Insecond, the3chapter is the second part of the dwelling house, in the related theory and the maindemand profiles on the basis of the analysis, respectively, from the dwelling house plane,vertical space and storage space in three aspects carries on the optimization design strategy, andthe introduction of domestic and foreign excellent design in detail, in a small space to meet theneeds of multiple functions to create the living environment. The fourth chapter is the third part,mainly through the Nanjing IKEA space design case and Nanjing are selling dwelling housewith case analysis, summarizes the design method and the place to learn, for dwelling housetheoretical research to provide a more practical application foundation. Then the authoraccording to the above discussion of the design method to design a set of dwelling house projectand has carried on the detailed elaboration. Finally, through the summary of the researchfocuses in this paper and the inadequacy of the survey analysis, for the better in the future fordwelling house theory research direction.更多还原
