【摘要】 21世纪，伴随着经济的全球化和市场化，以及社会变革和文化变迁的快速发展，带来社会基本结构和社会关系急剧转型，人们的价值观和价值取向发生变化，当代中国大学出现人文精神的滑坡，办学趋向功利化和商业化；官僚化气息和官本位思想侵袭校园，造成学风教风浮躁，表现在学术研究造假，有的教师育人意识淡薄等，高校的道德建设已经摆到十分重要的位置。近日，北京大学钱理群教授说：“我们的一些大学，正在培养一些精致的利已主义者，他们高智商，世俗，老到，善于表演，懂得配合，更善于利用体制达到自己的目的。这种人一旦掌握权力，比一般的贪官污吏危害更大。”今天，我国的一些大学暴露出的诸如此类的问题，实际上也就是偏离了大学精神。我们探讨这个热门话题，就是试图找到重建当代中国大学精神的一条路径，使大学焕发出自身独特的魅力，更好地发挥培养人才、科学研究、服务社会、文化传承的职能，推进经济社会的发展。当今，中国大学精神出现迷失，客观地说，棒子不能打在莘莘学子和教书育人的老师身上，而是社会处在一个道德失范、心理失衡的状态。无论社会出现多少浮躁，但是人们对清风正气的大学精神仍充满期待，内心保留着对崇高、责任等行为的尊重和信仰。我们坚信，尽管今天的大学还有不少弊端，但还有坚守并勇于积极向上的智者，这是我们重新寻回大学精神的希望。对于这些现象，我们从伦理的角度加以阐释并提出道德教化，为当代中国大学精神提供理论和方法方面的见解，我们相信它对重塑今天的中国大学精神会有一定的借鉴和现实意义。当代中国大学要想科学健康发展，应该寻找到一条道德规范原则，方能寻求大学各方面改革，我们满怀信心对重塑今天的中国大学精神充满希望。本篇论文介绍了大学精神的内涵及伦理价值；阐述了重建当代中国大学精神伦理的迫切性及其依据；探讨了当代中国大学精神缺失的伦理表现，集中表现在教师职业道德出现一定程度的滑坡。学生道德水平下降。大学校园文化精神出现“虚脱”；进一步分析了当代中国大学精神缺失的原因，具体反映在受市场经济制约，有的高校办学理念产生异化。受世俗观念影响，有的高校办学方向发生偏离。受腐朽文化干扰，有的高校办学风气不正等。由此，本文提出了重建当代中国大学精神的伦理路径，就是要完善大学德育和制度体系建设、强化高校的伦理约束机制，这为伦理学的研究开辟了新路径,也可以赋予大学精神新的内涵，为构建和谐的大学育人环境，重建当代中国大学精神提供一定的帮助。社会的进步、国家的强盛、民族的振兴，需要每一位青年人肩负并承担起任重而道远的责任。今天，时代浪潮风起云涌，我们更需要学子们具备一颗赤子之心，重塑具有当今时代特色的大学精神。更多还原

【Abstract】 In twenty-first Century, along with the economic globalization and marketization, and socialchange and cultural transformation of rapid development, has the basic structure of society andsocial transformation, people’s value idea and the value orientation of contemporary ChineseUniversity change, appeared the humanistic spirit landslide, school-running tendency ofutilitarianism and commercialization, deviating from the correct the direction of running aschool; bureaucratic breath and official standard thought invasion campus, resulting in thelearning and teaching style is blundering, performance in academic fraud, some teacherseducation awareness, college moral construction has been placed in a very important position.Recently, Peking University professor Qian Liqun said:" some of our university, are developingsome exquisite egoists, their high intelligence quotient, secular, skilled, good performance,know how to cooperate, make better use of the system to achieve their purposes. This once inpower, the more dangerous than general corrupt officials." Today, we explore this topic, istrying to find the reconstruction of contemporary Chinese university spirit one research path, sothat the University gives its unique charm, better use of personnel training, scientific research,social service, the function of cultural heritage, promote economic and social development.Nowadays, Chinese university spirit lost, objectively speaking, the stick can not play inteaching and educating students and the teacher’s body, but a society is the moral anomie,psychological imbalance. No matter how many blundering society, but the people of the windspirit university spirit is still full of expectation, mental reservation to lofty, responsibilitybehavior respect and faith. We firmly believe that, although today the university has manyshortcomings, but also to adhere to and to positive wise, this is we find university spirit of hope.For these phenomena from the angle of ethics, we explain and propose moral education, as thespirit of contemporary Chinese University to provide theoretical and methodological insights,we believe it on the remodeling of today’s Chinese University Spirit will have certain referenceand practical significance.Contemporary Chinese University to the healthy development of science, should find amoral principle, we can seek the university reform in all aspects, we are full of confidence onthe remodeling of today’s Chinese university spirit is full of hope. This paper introduces theorigin, contents of university spirit and ethical value; expounds the reconstruction of Chinesemodern university spirit ethical urgency and basis of; of spirit of contemporary Chineseuniversity lack of ethical performance; further analysis of the contemporary Chinese UniversitySpirit flaw’s reason, reflected in the market economy to restrict, some university school idea.Variable; from the secular idea influence, some mechanism of running colleges and universitiesis not perfect; the decadent culture jamming, some college atmosphere is. Thus, this paper puts forward the reconstruction of contemporary Chinese University Spirit ethical path, is toimprove the university moral education and the system construction, strengthening the collegebound ethical mechanism, the ethics of research has opened up a new path, may also give newconnotation of university spirit, in order to build a harmonious university educationenvironment, the reconstruction of contemporary Chinese University Spirit some help.The progress of the society, the prosperity of the country, the revitalization of the nation,need every young people bear and bear long term liability.
