试论大型公立医院与媒体沟通的语用策略

【摘要】 媒体是医院与社会沟通的重要途径,本文从语用学的角度出发,运用数据分析法、调查问卷法、经验总结等方法,旨在寻找一些大型公立医院与媒体沟通的语言策略、沟通技巧,以求达到规避公共危机、提升大型公立医院的社会知名度和美誉度的目的,让媒体成为医院的朋友。文章第一章绪论部分从选题的缘起和研究目的、意义出发,阐明本研究的研究对象及范围、研究方法以及独创新颖之处。第二章分析了影响医院与媒体沟通的客观因素,在此基础上,第三章试着提出了相应的语用策略,第四章则根据笔者几年来的实践,总结出不同环境下大型公立医院与媒体沟通的特点,并讨论恰当的语用策略。

【Abstract】 The mass media plays an essential role in the communication betweenhospital and society. In order to avoid public crisis and enhance social awareness,reputation purposes aims as the media being the friend of hospital, we aim tosearch some of the pragmatics strategies to communicate with the media andcommunication skills through data analysis, survey methods, lessons learned andother methods from perspective of pragmatics for large public hospitals.The first chapter is the introduction, which begins with the origin, the purposeand the meaning of hospitals choosing communicating subjects with the massmedia, and ends with the object, the range, the way, the specificity and theoriginality of this study. The second chapter analyses the objective facts affectingcommunication between hospitals and the mass media, and based on that, the thirdchapter tries to figure out some matching philologic stratagies. According toauthor’s practices, the forth chapter sums up features of communication betweenlarge-scale public hospital and the mass media in different situation, and discussesthe right philologic stratagies. Finally, the fifth chapter wraps up this dissertation.
