【摘要】 随着我国经济的快速发展，旅游活动日益呈现大众化、散客化、常态化的趋势，人们对旅游目的地的旅游公共服务的需求不断提升，强化旅游公共服务职能已成为提高旅游产业效率最重要的手段。旅游目的地旅游公共服务建设是建设服务型政府的必然要求，是我国建设旅游强国的必然选择，目的地旅游公共服务建设研究不仅对增强旅游目的地竞争力和影响力具有积极作用，也对旅游公共服务科学建设具有重要的意义。然而，当前我国旅游目的地旅游公共服务建设存在认识偏差，供给数量不足，结构不够合理，服务体系不完善，保障和评价体系不健全等问题，严重制约了我国旅游业的发展进程。本文从旅游目的地视角出发，通过对旅游公共服务体系的分析，探讨提升目的地旅游公共服务的具体措施，旨在促进和提高旅游目的地旅游公共服务水平。首先，论文阐述了研究的背景、意义、研究综述、内容和方法；然后界定了旅游公共服务的相关概念，阐述了旅游公共服务的相关理论，为旅游公共服务建设研究提供了理论支撑。其次，论文首先阐述了我国当前旅游公共服务建设发展状况，然后对旅游公共服务体系的供给和运行模式进行分析，最后指出了旅游目的地公共服务体系建设中存在的主要问题。再次，论文首先分析了旅游目的地旅游公共服务体系构建的影响因素，然后提出了旅游目的地旅游公共服务体系构建的原则，最后对旅游目的地旅游公共服务体系的内容进行详细的论述，指出旅游公共服务体系因包含信息、交通、安全、管理和环境5大方面。论文在总结国内外旅游公共服务建设经验的基础上，提出了旅游目的地旅游公共服务建设的思路和对策。最后，论文进行了个案研究，通过对秦皇岛旅游公共服务建设的问卷调查和现状分析，指出了秦皇岛旅游公共服务建设成绩和存在的问题，从政府职能、投入支持、旅游公共服务体系建设和旅游公共服务系统建设等方面提出了相应的对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of China’s economy, tourism activities have beenincreasingly moving towards a popularized, individualized and normalized trend. Demandfor public services of tourist destinations keeps rising and the strengthening of suchservice functions has become the most significant means to enhance the productivity ofthe tourism industry. The establishment of tourism public services for tourist destinationsis essential for a service-oriented government and is an inevitable path to atourism-dominated country. It can not only add competence and influence to touristdestinations, but also holds theoretical values. However, misconceptions, insufficientsupplies, flawed structures, incomplete service systems, unsound guarantee and evaluationsystem etc. have severely hampered the development of China’s tourism industry. Fromthe angle of tourist destinations, the paper aims to explore specific measures for theestablishment of tourism public services for tourist destinations and help to enhancerelated service quality.Firstly, the paper elaborated the backgrounds, implications, literature review, contentsand methods of the study. Then related concepts on tourism public services were definedand relevant theories were elaborated to provide theoretical ground for the study;Secondly, the paper first introduces the current development situation of tourismpublic services building, and then to the traveling public service system and operationmode of supply is analyzed, finally pointed out the destination of public service system themain problems existing in the construction.Thirdly, Based on the analysis of the tourism destination tourist public service systemconstruction influence factors, and then puts forward the tourism destination tourist publicservice system construction principle, finally to tourism destination tourist public servicesystem and content in detail, it is pointed out that tourism public service system forcontaining information, traffic, security, management and environment 5in terms of. Basedon summarizing the domestic and foreign tourism public services building on thefoundation of experience, put forward tourism destination tourist public serviceconstruction train of thought and countermeasureproblems. Finally, a case study was presented to analyze the achievements and existingproblems of the establishment of tourism public services in Qin Huangdao throughquestionnaires and analysis. Corresponding solutions were offered to solve problemsrelated to information consultancy, safety guarantee, transport convenience, administrativeservice and other convenience policies.更多还原
