面向高可靠性应用要求的产品成熟度评价研究

【摘要】 产品成熟度是指产品在设计、工艺、生产和应用上的成熟程度。近年来,随着我国高可靠性项目的快速发展,提高面向高可靠性应用要求的一类产品的成熟度引起了越来越多的关注,如何对该类产品成熟度进行评价,了解企业当前产品既有的缺点与不足,从而针对性的制定改进计划,快速提高产品成熟度,对加速产品的国产化,实现企业的持续发展具有重要的理论和实际意义。本文对面向高可靠性应用要求的产品成熟度评价体系进行了研究,主要内容如下:首先,在对现有国内外成熟度模型研究和应用成果分析探讨的基础上,形成了面向高可靠性应用要求的产品成熟度主体内容框架,将产品成熟度划分为五级,并提出了成熟度提升程序;其次,创造性的将QFD方法引入产品成熟度评价领域中,以用户需求为导向,构建了评价指标体系。该体系包括两个层次,6个一级指标,20个二级指标,涵盖了设计、生产、检验、控制等影响产品可靠性的各环节,同时通过用户需求权重的转换求得评价指标权重,为进行进一步评价提供了基础;最后,根据面向高可靠性应用要求的产品成熟度评价的复杂和模糊性特点,采用模糊综合评价法对其进行最终的评判,为该类产品成熟度的评价提供了客观有效的量化工具。并通过应用实例证明了评价方法的可行性,为本研究的可移植性提供了论证。

【Abstract】 Product Maturity refers to the maturity of product design, process, production and application. In recent years, the development of high reliability projects has accelerated, the improvement for product maturity of high reliability applications attracted more and more attention. How to evaluate the maturity of the products, as to find the shortcomings and inadequacies of the current products, which targeted to develop an effective improvement plans, also to improve the product maturity rapidly, has great theoretical and practical significance for the sustainable development of enterprises.Studies on evaluating the Product Maturity of high reliable application is provided in this dissertation. The research focuses on the following items: First, based on the analysis of maturity model and application in both domestic and international, formed the main contents of the product maturity, the product maturity is divided into five levels, also the dissertation proposes a method for further evaluation and promotion;Second, the QFD method is creative introduced to evaluation of the product maturity field, and build the evaluation index system based on the customer needs. The system includes two levels, six first-level indicators and 20 second-level indicators, covering all factors which have great effects on product reliability including design, production, inspection and so on. Besides ,it also provided a path for further evaluation by the conversion of user needs;Finally, considering t complexity and fuzziness of product maturity evaluation for high-reliability applications, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is introduced to provide an objective evaluation of an effective quantitative tool,Also a case is given to prove the feasibility of this study.
