城市“混合优先”街道之单条车道合理宽度下的生态与人本主义探讨

【摘要】 困扰。工业革命带来了便捷的交通方式,却造成了对城市环境的负面冲击。新的交通工具为了满足自身的需要对街道尺度与路面环境提出了新的要求,却无形中损害了街道其他使用者的利益,破坏着城市生态平衡,消耗着国家的经济财力,并且这种境况在我国仍有蔓延趋势,还未收到较为全面的改善效果。本研究拟从改善城市环境恶化的角度出发,本着“从源头改善”的态度,针对当前发生于街道中的有悖于生态化与人性化发展的现象,联系当前我国城市街道尺度不尽合理的状况,特别针对“混合优先”的城市街道,综合运用归纳与演绎、文献搜集、定量分析、实证研究与类比等手段,在归纳了国内外街道标准与模式发展演变的基础上,肯定了当今街道的可持续发展大趋势,并对当前国内单条车道(以下简称单车道)宽度标准规范数值提出质疑,提出可以通过合理调整单车道宽度值,满足城市生态与人本发展的要求,营造可持续发展的社会目标。在这个过程中,详细论述了宽度调整所涉及的各方面可行性研究,列举先行国家的成功经验,作为研究的必要条件,在理论工具中分别介绍了生态与人本领域中与街道联系的相关概念,于下文阐述了单车道宽度的合理调整带来的生态与人本优势效益。在理论论述的基础上,调研天津市城市街道情况,以典型街道为例,提出具体改善手段,并表明限制因素。最后提出,城市发展不能只顾眼前利益,宜均衡考虑各方面效益,在保证城市生态平衡,大部分人能够舒适生活的条件下,稳步提高城市水平。有远见的城市,更需要的是一种共生的平衡,才能展现出应有的美好。

【Abstract】 While social progress and technologic development bring more convenience in life, they also add a bit of problems. Industrial Revolution brought a convenient mode of transportation, however, created a negative impact on the urban environment. New means of transport want to meet their own needs to list new requirements on scale and surface of the stree, but potentially damaging the interests of other users of the streets, destroying the ecological balance of the city, consuming the country’s economic and financial resources, and this trend of situation is still spreading in China, it has not yet received a more comprehensive improvement in results.This study is to improve the urban environmental degradation by the perspective of the spirit of "improved from the source" attitude, focus on the phenomenon in the streets in contrary of human development and current ecological, especially for the "mixed priority" city streets, integrately using the of induction and deduction, literature collection, quantitative analysis, by means of empirical research and analogy, on the basis of analysis on street standards evolution domestic and abroad,affirming street trend of sustainable development these days, questione the current domestic value of lane width standards, propose the development of sustainable social objectives from reasonable street width to a certain extent. In this process, it involves the feasibility study, the successful experience of the country first, the theoretical tools in the field of ecological and human contact with the relevant street concept and describe reasonable lane width adjustment of the ecological and human benefits of this advantage. In the theoretical discussion, put the case study of Tianjin city streets, typical street for example, put forward specific measures to improve and that the limiting factor.At last, urban development need balance consideration of all aspects of benefits.
