Design and Implementation of Database Management Platform for College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering of Beijing University of Chemical Technology

【摘要】 行政办公的基层岗位工作处理的信息量大,数据繁杂,文档种类不一,临时性工作较多,涉及到的部门或个人也多,在该类工作岗位上,进行科学而有序地调整工作程序是必要的,否则,必会造成工作效率低下,甚至会耽误重要工作的完成。本课题通过建立以公共信息数据库为核心的服务管理平台,解决该类型工作效率低下的问题。本论文以北京化工大学机电工程学院办公室管理岗位的工作内容为具体研究对象,针对岗位的工作特点,借助MSOFFICE和VBA(Visual Basic forApplication)软件技术,采用科学有序的数据交换和数据关联、数据共享等处理方法,将大量且类型多样的办公文档中的数据信息,以合理适用的规范化模式,纳入到数据库中,建立了具有多种服务功能的公共信息平台。本课题开发了8个数据子库,纳入了近3000个不同类型文档的数据信息,针对MSWORD、EXCEL、PPT和图片等文档,实现了多种模式的数据导入和导出操作,建立了多模式查询功能,并开发出备忘提醒日志等辅助功能,完成了信息数据的集成、分类和分层,使得繁杂的信息数据完整化、层次化和有序化。该数据信息服务平台简洁实用,基本上满足了学院级基层行政办公信息和数据服务的需求,大幅度地提高了该类岗位的工作效率,并具有开放的和可持续开发的特点,可以为类似职能岗位进行移植和扩充。

【Abstract】 The information is large and complex in the grassroots administrative post,meanwhile, the data and files are miscellaneous. In this job, there are usually manytemporary jobs, needing to contact with other departments and individuals. So it isnecessary to adjust the work scientifically, otherwise, it will reduce the workefficiency; even delay some very important works. This paper aims at building aplatform for information service and management with database kernel to resolve theworking poor efficiency problem.The job of the electromechanical engineering institute in BEIJING University ofChemical Technology was treated as subject investigated in this paper. In the face ofthe works and procedures characteristics, the data exchange, the data association listand the data sharing with science orderly and the software of MS OFFICE and VBA(Visual Basic for Application) were used in this paper. A large number of data or fileswere distributed in the database with proper and normal mode. A platform aboutinstitute information was developed, which was provided with flexible functions.Eight sub-databases were developed with thousands of data or files contained.For poly-type Word, Excel, PPT and image files, the inducing and educing workswere resolved with multi-method. Multi-mode inquiry was established. Also, somesubsidiary functions such as log with memorandum was set up. Data integration andclassification were carried out in this paper. The integration and classificationintegrally order arrayed the data.The compact and practical platform is ultimately fit for the administrative works,which could improve efficiency of by a long way. It is exoteric and continuable forthe congeneric jobs, and can be transplanted and expanded.
