【摘要】 随着天津工业的做大做强,一批工业重大项目的陆续建成投产和新项目的策划实施,如何为这些重大项目提供有效的人才智力支持,帮助项目企业引进和招聘到所需的各类紧缺人才,推动工业重大项目的建设,就显得极为迫切和重要。我们为了更好的为大项目提供人才与招聘服务设计建设了此服务平台,该平台能够帮助项目企业完成人才的引进、招聘及国内外人才资源的合理配置和人才的开发等相应的工作,并能够为国内院校进一步拓宽毕业生就业渠道,扩大社会就业,搭建人才交流平台并提供技术保障。工业系统人力资源网上服务平台基于Linux平台开发,以B/S结构采用三层框架技术实现,采用红旗Linux DC Server作为操作系统,开发上采用的是Linux+Apache+My sql+Php构架,技术成熟,安全稳定,系统的移植性扩展性高。平台包括了如下内容：1.建立工业重大项目企业和重点企业用工需求数据库,根据企业的组织架构对用工状况进行分层、分级的汇总。2.建立网上人才需求的信息发布系统与个人求职进行对接。3.建立个人求职登记数据库,收录各行业、各专业的人才数据,为大项目企业进行用工推荐及人才储备。4.建立完善的人才招聘及引进流程,设计人才评价系统帮助企业又好又快的筛选适用人才。5.开展网上的职称申报、猎头服务、人事代理。6.与院校对接,建立大中专院校毕业生人才数据库为院校毕业生就业拓宽渠道。7.建立与各地的行业协会数据对接系统,为企业引进高端人才提供技术保障。8.建立与国外华人组织和专家组织的系统对接,为大项目企业引进各类短缺核心人才。我们希望通过该平台的建设,使企业的用工需求通过科学的手段高效率的实现,人力资源的配置向更加科学更加规范更加高效的方向发展,同时推动我市的劳动力就业,实现保增长、渡难关、上水平、促就业的目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the industry bigger and stronger in T ianjin, num ber of m ajor industrial projects put into operation one after anothe r, and num ber of new projects begin to plan and implementation. How to provide effective human resources support for these major projects, help enterprises to introduce and recruit the necess ary talent shortage of all kinds, prom ote the construction of m ajor industrial projects, it becom es extremely urgent and important. In order to provide better recruitm ent services for these industrial projects, we design and c onstruction of this online service platform (HR online service platf orm of Industrial systems). The platform can help companies to complete the project brain gain, recruitment, rational allocation and development of human resources, and further broaden the channels of employm ent of graduates for dom estic ins titutions, expandin g em ployment opportu nities, build ing a talen t exchange platform, and providing technical support.HR online service platform of Industrial systems is based on the Linux platform. The platform is B/S structure, us ing three-tier fram ework for technology development, and LAMP (Linux+Apach e+MySQL+PHP) web developm ent framework, which is m ature technology, se curity and s tability, with high system portability and scalability. The platform includes the following:1. Establish database of hum an resource requirem ents for m ajor industrial projects and key industrial enterprises, and do hierarchical summa ry of corporate hum an resource needs according to the organizational structure.2. Making the online job recruitment needs information and personal information connected.3. Job-seeking registration database, including a variety of industries, a variety of professional personnel data, recommended for large enterprises and reserve personnel.4. Establish a sound process for the recruitm ent and intr oduction, and a pers onnel evaluation system designed to help com panies quickly pick for talent.5. Online declaration of professional title, headhunting, personnel service.6. Docking with the university to establish a database of graduates, to help broaden employment channels.7. Docking data for dif ferent regions, to provide technical support for enterprises to introduce a high level of talent. 8. Docking with the Chinese foreign organizations, introducing the necessary talent to large projects business.We hope that through this platform, e mployment needs of enterprises are m et through the scientific method and efficient implementation, human resource allocation can be m ore scien tific and ef ficient, so as to prom ote the city’s em ployment, to achieve goals of econom ic growth, overcom ing difficulties, improving management and promoting employment.更多还原
