智能小区环境下的物业管理平台的设计

【摘要】 本文通过用VB 6.0编写小区物业管理系统,利用软件工程原理,采用生命周期方法学,其开发主要包括后台数据库的建立和维护以及前端应用程序的开发两个方面,实现了小区信息数据库的创建及各种费用的收取、统计、汇总。本文还简单介绍了VB 6.0软件的界面及操作方法。简要介绍了界面的制作过程,程序的编写、添加,最后的编译过程。并且叙述了作者在软件开发过程中的心得体会。本系统可以实现如下功能:1.系统登录:包括用户登录,修改密码,添加用户,退出系统。2.基本资料:包括住户资料和财产资料信息管理3.物业管理:包括物业设备,仪表数据,停车场管理,收费管理,住户投诉,住户报修管理,设备维修管理等.4.数据报表统计:包括物业设备,仪表数据统计,收费统计,住户投诉统计,住户报修统计,设备维修统计等.本系统投入使用后,改变了以往小区物业管理过程中的手工操作方式,提高了小区物业管理的效率,起到了良好的社会效果和经济效益。

【Abstract】 This paper writes a program of the community’s property management system by VB 6.0. This program makes use of software engineering principles and the lifecycle methodology to mainly develop the establishment of the backend database and the maintenance of front application program. It realized the establishment of the community’s information database as well as the collection、statistics and gathering of various fee.The paper also briefly introduces the VB 6.0 software interface and operation method. It firstly introduces the making process of the interface, and then it introduces the program writing, program addition and last compilation process. Finally, this paper gives an account of what the author has learned and experienced in the software development process. This system can realize the following functions:1.System login: including user login, password change, user addition, logout.2 . Basic information: including resident’s information and property information management3.property management: including property equipment, instrument data,parking lots management,charging management, resident’s complaint,resident’s repair service management, equipment maintenance management and so on.4.Data report statistics: including property equipment, the statistics of instrument, charge,resident’s complaint,resident’s repair service management, equipment maintenance and so on.After putting this system into use, it will change manual operation method in the previous community’s property management , improve the efficiency of the community’s property management ,and achieve good social effect and economic benefit.
