山西JM集团煤炭资源整合矿井G项目可行性研究

【摘要】 为解决原有集体、私营煤矿资源破坏严重、矿难事故不断等众多问题,山西省煤炭资源整合战略向纵深推行,旨在提升资源整体开发水平、煤炭企业产业集中度和安全防范能力,推动煤炭产业长期稳定高速发展。从JM集团此项工作实际进展分析,煤炭资源整合将逐步显示出其作用。但由于煤炭企业,尤其是地方集体煤矿企业、非国有煤矿企业生产技术资料、水文地质资料长期欠账,煤矿专业管理人员、技术人员短缺,与煤矿发展相适应的企业管理理论及企业文化匮乏,加上煤炭资源整合的特殊性,资源整合主体企业贸然进行兼并重组,必然会有很大风险。资源整合煤矿项目可行性研究这一课题就成为是煤炭资源整合的十分重要和必不可少的环节。本文将从直接参与煤炭资源整合煤矿兼并重组工作的一线工作者的视角,以山西J城地区JM集团资源整合矿井G项目为例,运用矿井开发项目的可行性研究理论,重点结合山西JM集团资源整合矿井G项目在本次煤炭资源整合中的实践。在收集掌握现有地质水文生产技术资料、矿井各生产系统辅助系统科学建模、反复测算的基础上进行项目分析、投资估算、经济评价。通过对资源整合矿井项目可行性分析与研究,为项目的投资决策和项目策划提供依据,对项目的具体实施提供相应指导。

【Abstract】 To solve the original collective, private coal resources severely damaged, mine accidents have so many problems, the integration of coal resources in Shanxi Province to implement the strategic depth to the overall development of resources to enhance the level of industry concentration and the coal business security capabilities, to promote the coal industry rapid development of long-term stability. From JM Group analysis of the actual progress of this work, integration of coal resources will gradually show its effect. However, due to the coal companies, coal companies, especially local collective, non-state coal production technical data, long-term debts hydro-geological data, mine professional management staff, technical staff shortages, and coal development compatible with the theory of business management and corporate culture, lack of integration of coal resources with the special nature of the main enterprise resource integration rush to mergers and acquisitions, there must be a great risk. Integration of coal resources in the project feasibility study of this topic is the integration of coal resources has become very important and essential part.This will be directly involved in the integration of coal resources, coal mining mergers and acquisitions work in the perspective of front-line workers to town areas in Shanxi J JM Group G mine resources integration project, for example, the use of the mine development project feasibility study theory, focusing on combining resources in Shanxi JM Group integration of mine G items in this integration of coal resources in practice. In the collection of master production technology existing geological and hydrological data, mine support system of the production system of scientific modeling, repeated calculations based on project analysis, investment estimation and economic evaluation.Through the integration of resources mine project feasibility analysis and research, investment decisions for the project and provide the basis for project planning, implementation of specific projects to provide appropriate guidance.
