大型渡槽施工裂缝控制研究

【摘要】 渡槽是渠系建筑物中应用最广的交叉建筑物之一,除用于输送取水进行灌溉、城镇生活用水、工业用水、跨流域调水等外,还可供排洪和导流之用。当代渡槽主要采用混凝土材料,且向着大跨度结构型式发展。目前,在我国改善水资源分布不均、保证大中城市生产生活用水所采用的水工建筑物中,渡槽是常用结构之一。作为一种独特的大体积混凝土薄壁结构,渡槽在施工期受各种因素的影响不可避免的产生裂缝,造成渡槽渗漏,影响其功能甚至经济的发展。本文在前人研究成果和经验的基础上,归纳总结混凝土结构的裂缝形成机理及防裂措施,并通过渡槽的真实物理模型试验研究渡槽裂缝的形成原因及相关抗裂措施。同时在物理模型试验的基础上,采用数值模拟方法研究施工过程中各种施工因素对裂缝的影响,同时研究相同条件下不同抗裂措施的效果,为渡槽结构的抗裂措施提供科学依据。归纳总结渡槽施工期不同条件下裂缝控制措施,并对裂缝控制措施的优化进行展望。

【Abstract】 Aqueduct belongs to canal structures functions as the crossing structure, has a wide application in transporting water in irrigating, delivering urban domestic and industrial water, transferring inter-basin water, Releasing and diverting water. Most of contemporary aqueducts was made in concrete, and it’s development trend is the long span type. At present, aqueduct is the main structure to adjust the water distribution, guarantee the supply for the domestic water in large and medium size cities .Aqueduct is prone to be affected in the construction period, so as to cause the cracks in the aqueduct body and water leakage, because of its mass concrete thin-wall structure. Above phenomenon has a bad effect in its function and local economical development. This paper based on the previous research results and experience, concluding and studying the forming mechanism of cracks and the corresponding crack-resistance measure through the test of the resemblance physical model. Simultaneously, adopting the numerical simulation to imitate the influence of the affecting factors to the aqueduct body in the construction period, study the effect of different crack-resistance measure under the same conditions, which can provide a scientific basis for the design of the aqueduct. Also concluding the crack-resistance measures of the aqueduct under the different conditions, and according to that to optimize the measures.
