高精度仿真摇摆试验台角度测量系统

【摘要】 仿真是一门综合性的技术,它以相似原理、控制理论、计算机与信息技术及其应用领域的专业知识为基础,以计算机和各种物理效应设备为工具,利用数学模型或部分实物对实际的或设想的系统进行动态试验研究。本文介绍了一种基于摇摆试验台的高精度动态角度测量系统。摇摆试验台是集机械、电气、仪表技术、计算机技术于一体的大型高精度舰载武器试验系统,可模拟舰艇航行中纵摇、横摆两个自由度的摇摆运动状态。本文采用有限元方法分析了摇摆台的结构。摇摆台的动态角度测量系统软硬件结合,实时精确测量和输出台面摇摆角数据,为受试设备提供姿态角真值,为武器效能分析提供基础数据。本文给出的角度测量系统采用高精度光电编码器作为核心部件,运用高级语言编写了人机接口程序,基于Driver Development Kits (DDK)开发了硬件设备驱动程序,以高频实时采集台面摇摆角数据。系统内嵌有数据库,存储采样数据,并以网络、并行及异步串行通讯方式将姿态角度数据以数字量形式输出。分析了角度测量系统的误差,并对测量精度进行了计算与标定。实验结果表明所设计的角度测量系统可满足摇摆试验台的实际需要。

【Abstract】 Simulation is an integration technology which is based on the similarity principle, control theory, computer and information technology as well as professional knowledge in relevant application fields. It takes computer equipment and a variety of physical effects as tools, and uses mathematical model or some practicality to analyze the actual or envisaged systems.A high-precision angle measurement system for a swing test bench is presented in this thesis. The swing test bed is a large high-precision weapon test system integrating mechanical, electrical, instrumental and computer technologies, and it could simulate the pitch and roll movements of warships. The structure of the swing test bench is analyzed using the finite element method. The pitch and roll angles of the swing bench can be obtained in real time by using the angle measurement system based on the designed software and hardware. The measured angles provide the basic information for the effectiveness analysis of the tested weapons.High precision photoelectric encoders are adopted as the core component of the angle measurement system. High-level language is used to compile the human-machine interface programme, and drivers development kits (DDK) is taken as the tool to develop the hardware-driver programme. The high-frequency and real-time swing angles are measured, stored in data base and output in asynchronous serial communication and network communication ways. The errors of the angle measurement system are analyzed, and the measurement precision is calculated and calibrated. The experimental results show that the designed angle measurement system meets the requirement of swing test benches.
