果树科技观光园规划设计研究

【摘要】 随着我国农业与农村经济的发展,农业科技观光园已逐渐成为发展农业现实生产力的有效载体,全国农业科技观光园呈现出快速发展的势头,但是以果树为主题的农业科技园区数量相对较少,果树科技观光园属于农业科技园区的一个发展类型,它同时具备农业科技示范园与观光休闲园的双重特性。由于其开发建设和运行时间较短的限制,园区尚缺乏总体的发展规划与设计,在发展中亦存在各种问题与瓶颈。因此,对果树科技观光园的规划设计研究有重要的实际意义。本文对农业科技园与观光休闲果业进行了简要的综述,通过借鉴吸收国内外已有的若干研究成果,运用景观生态学、植物造景原理、休闲游憩理论、农业美学作为果树科技观光园规划设计的理论依据,研究并提出果树科技观光园规划设计的内容和方法,以期对我国的果树科技观光园建设提供有益的指导,最终实现经济效益、生态效益、社会效益等综合效益的协调发展。文中总结归纳了果树科技观光园的概念,认为果树科技观光园是果树产业与农业旅游相结合一种现代园区模式,是农业观光与科技展示、产业开发相结合的产物。同时对果树科技观光园的特点和功能加以阐述,并提出了果树科技观光园规划设计原则,而后,分别从资源环境条件、区位交通条件、社会经济条件、科技基础条件4个方面进行了园区的建设条件分析,对园区建设目标加以定位,注重园区科技展示推广和文化主题的确立,分析了园区结构,并合理规划园区各个功能分区。对园区景观要素——地形、道路、水系、种植体系、建筑与小品的设计加以研究总结,提出了各要素的规划设计方法。在旅游规划方面,对旅游线路组织、旅游项目开发、旅游商品开发几个层面提出建议。最后,文章以天津市滨海茶淀葡萄科技园规划为案例,作为实证研究使得理论和方法进一步升华。

【Abstract】 Following the development of China’s agriculture and urban economy, agriculture technical tourist zone is becoming an effective carrier for the development of real agriculture productivity power. There is a fast development trend of agriculture technical tourist zone in China; however the number of agriculture technical zone focusing on fruit trees is still relatively low. Fruit trees technical tourist zone is one of the developing categories agriculture technical zones, which bears both characters of agriculture technical demonstration and tourist zones. Due to the restriction followed by its short term of development, construction and operation, there is a deficiency in the general development, planning and design of the zone and there are various issues and difficulties in its development. Hence, it is of real importance that conducting research on the planning and design of fruit trees technical tourist zone.This thesis has provided a brief conclusive introduction to the agriculture technical zone and the fruit agriculture tourism industry. The theoretical ground of the fruit trees technical tourist zone comes with the reference to and incorporation of various of existing domestic and international research results and by use of view bionomic, landscape ecology theory, plant landscape design theory, leisure and tourism theory, agricultural aesthetics. The thesis has researched and proposed the contents of and approaches on the planning and design of fruit trees technical tourist zone, in order to provide some useful reference to the development of Chinese fruit trees technical tourist zone and eventually realize a coordinated development of comprehensive benefits including economic benefits, ecological benefits, and social benefits. This thesis has summarized the concept of fruit trees technical tourist zone, and concluded that fruit trees technical tourist zone is a modern zone model of a combination of fruit trees technology demonstration zone and agriculture tourism industry, which is a development and combination result of technology demonstration and industry development. This thesis has expatiated on the characters and functions of fruit trees technical tourist zone, come up with principles in the planning and designing of fruit trees technical tourist zone, and then analysed separately zone construction conditions in 4 areas, including resources environmental conditions, area traffic conditions, social economic conditions and technology conditions, positioned zone construction targets with a focus on promotion of technical demonstration and confirmation of cultural topics, and analysed zone structure and reasonably designed functional sub-areas. This thesis also researched and concluded the design on various view factors including geologies, roads, water, plants systems, constructions and categories, and proposed critical factors in the planning and designing approaches. In relation to tourist planning, this thesis has made a few recommendations on tourist route organization, tourist project development and tourist products. At the end, this thesis has conducted a case study on Tianjin Binhai Chadian Grape Technical Zone, which is further sublimation of the combination of theory and approach based on a real case.
