上海220千伏变电站智能化改造若干关键技术

【摘要】 智能变电站作为智能电网的重要组成部分,是输电网的重要节点和数据采集源头,是智能电网的基础和前提。智能变电站作为变电站未来发展的方向,是智能电网发展的重点。本文从上海电网变电站智能化改造项目的实际需求出发,对220kV智能变电站的改造方案进行了研究。论文首先对国内智能变电站的发展进程进行了介绍,通过和常规变电站的比较,分析了智能变电站的优势特征和构架。根据智能变电站的技术要求,采用了适合智能变电站设计需要的标准体系,结合上海电网实际情况,提出构建220kV智能变电站的相关技术关键。本文对电子互感器、智能终端、合并单元等智能变电站典型设备进行了分析,介绍IEC61850协议的应用和关键节点,结合上海220千伏泸定变电站的智能改造项目,提出了技术既适度超前又确保安全可靠的应用方案,并对其高级应用功能进行了探讨。对于常规变电站的智能化改造,应地制宜,结合变电站的设备全寿命周期技术,分别从一次设备、二次设备、自动化系统等方面入手,分析比较常规变电站的智能化改造的不同方案。论文最后对智能变电站技术发展进行了展望,提出了现存问题和今后的发展方向。

【Abstract】 As the important point of transmission network and the data acquisition source, intelligent substation is an important part of a smart grid. Intelligent substation is the focus of the development of smart grid.For the actual needs of the Luding station intelligent transformation project, the intelligent substation retrofit scheme were discussed in this paper.All domestic intelligent substation development process was introduced through compared with conventional substation, and the characteristics and advantages of intelligent substation framework analyzed. According to the technical requirements of intelligent substation, the intelligent substation design standard system are used to constructing intelligent substation. In this paper, electronic transformer intelligent terminal, merging unit, intelligent substation typical equipment were analyzed. IEC61850 protocol application and key nodes are introduced, considering a Shanghai pilot Luding intelligent substation construction. The proper technical advancement, the safe and reliable application solutions, and advanced application functions were discussed. For conventional substation intelligent transformation, combined with the whole life cycle, the primary device, the secondary device, automation and other aspects, have discussed considering the realization of conventional substation intelligent transformation of different schemes. At last, the paper proposed the present temporary problems and future development direction.
