全方位多轨迹的激光灸疗仪的研制

【摘要】 艾灸是一种物理和药理结合的中医疗法,也是传统中医疗法的重要组成部分。艾灸起源于中国古代,是利用由艾草制成的艾绒燃烧来治病养生的方法。艾灸疗法的应用范围十分广泛,用于内科、外科、妇科、儿科、五官科疾病等,尤其对乳腺炎、前列腺炎、颈椎病、糖尿病等有特效。但是在传统的艾灸过程中,其治疗安全得不到保障,治疗过程复杂,劳动量大,治疗效率低,灸疗过程中产生的烟雾会污染环境等问题。因此,现代化的灸疗仪器的研制是非常必要的,也是今后医疗行业发展的必然趋势。目前市场上的激光灸疗器械存在以下问题:艾灸治疗所依据的中医机理没有统一,激光照射强度的控制方法并不理想,灸疗仪器不能完全实现全自动施灸,存在激光安全问题等。为了解决上述问题,本课题研究了艾灸和激光灸的机理,并研制了二款新型的全方位多轨迹激光灸疗仪器,提出了大型激光针灸疗仪的设计思路。本论文主要包括以下内容:(1)艾灸和激光灸疗的医学机理研究。艾灸是一个多因素作用的过程,其作用机理较为复杂,人们还没有形成统一的定论。本文首先测量了2种不同的常用艾条燃烧时光谱的波长,以此做参考来选择激光器的类型;再对艾条燃烧的空间温度场进行分析;进行了艾灸和激光灸疗的疗效实验研究;分别对激光照射离体组织和模拟活体组织的温度场研究。(2)激光灸疗仪的设计。基于上述的实验研究,选取808nm半导体激光为光源,采用光纤输出,二次开发金橙子激光控制系统,设计振镜系统和多自由度的仪器机械结构,并开发温度反馈系统来保证治疗安全。(3)小型化激光灸疗仪的设计。为了使仪器结构更简单、操作更方便、成本更低廉,本课题采用MSP430单片机作为控制芯片,设计了硬件、软件系统,开发新振镜系统,改进插补算法,并研制了小型样机。(4)现代化大型高端的自寻经多光谱全自动激光针灸疗仪设计思路。为了提高激光灸疗仪的治疗功能、治疗效果和治疗效率,本文提出了激光针灸灸疗仪的全新设计思路,并开始搭建实验平台,已申报上海市科委重点项目。

【Abstract】 Moxibustion is a traditional Chinese medicine therapy of physics combined with pharmacology, also is a significant part of the traditional Chinese medicine therapy. Moxibustion originated in ancient China, is an approach to treatment and regimen through ignited moxa made of wormwood. The application of moxibustion therapy is widely used in medicine, e.g. surgery, gynecology, pediatrics, ENT diseases, especially has special effects on mastitis, prostatitis, cervical spondylosis, diabetes, etc.But in the process of traditional moxibustion, its safety cannot be guaranteed, the treatment process is complex, time consuming, low efficiency, and smoke generated in the process will pollute the environment. Therefore, the development of modern moxibustion instrument is necessary, but also is the future trend of the medical industry.The current laser moxibustion instruments have the following problems: there is no uniform mechanism of moxibustion treatment; no ideal laser radiation intensity control method, moxibustion instruments cannot be complete automatic, laser safety issues, etc. In order to solve the above problems, this thesis studied the mechanism of moxibustion and laser moxibustion; developed two new laser moxibustion instruments with omnibearing and multiple path function; put forward new design ideas of laser acupuncture moxibustion instrument. This thesis mainly includes the following contents:(1) Research on medicine mechanism of traditional moxibustion laser moxibustion. Moxibustion is a multifactorial process, its mechanism of action is more complex, and a unified conclusion has not been formed yet. In this thesis, spectrum of two different types of moxa had been measured, as a reference to select the type of laser device; the temperature field of burning moxa had been analyzed; research on the efficacy of traditional moxibustion and laser moxibustion; Research on temperature field in simulated living organisms irradiated by lase.(2) Design laser moxibustion instrument. Based on the above experimental study, selected the 808nm semiconductor laser as the light source, with optical fiber output, the secondary development of golden orange laser control systems, designed mirror systems and instrument with multi-DOF, and developed the temperature feedback system to ensure treatment safety.(3) Design miniaturized laser moxibustion instrument. To make the instrument structure simpler, operate more convenient, we adopted MSP430 as a control chip, designed hardware and software, developed a new mirror system, improved interpolation algorithm, and produced a small prototype.(4) Design of automatic self-seeking laser acupuncture instrument with multi-spectral laser. In order to improve the treatment function, treatment effect and treatment efficiency, we put forward one new design idea of laser acupuncture moxibustion apparatus, and began to build experimental platform.
