【副题名】上海市优秀历史建筑临近处现代建筑形态设计研究

【摘要】 近年来上海市对优秀历史建筑的保护越来越关注,从对历史建筑自身的保护,延伸到对其周边环境的制约。在保护过程中,优秀历史建筑临近处的现代建筑形态设计显得越发重要。一些现代建筑为了标榜自己的地位忽视历史建筑的存在,而一些试图一味迎合历史建筑的现代建筑形态却不伦不类。如何使优秀历史建筑临近处的现代建筑既不破坏原有的环境风貌,又具有时代特征,是一个值得深入研究的课题。本文以上海市优秀历史建筑临近处现代建筑的形态设计为研究对象,从探讨优秀历史建筑临近处现代建筑形态设计的影响因素入手,根据分析得出重要影响因素,通过实地调研考察和归纳总结,着重从色彩、形体、体量和材质等形态因素分析在不同重要程度的优秀历史建筑临近处现代建筑形态设计的现状,总结其成功之处和不足之处,在调研分析的基础上结合国内外优秀实践案例,得出优秀历史建筑临近处现代建筑形态设计的原则和设计手法,以期对上海市优秀历史建筑临近处的现代建筑形态设计提供一定的理论指导和实践依据。本文共分为六章,主要内容如下:第一章为绪论,该章简述了本课题的研究缘起、国内外研究现状、研究意义和目的、研究方法以及本课题的研究框架。第二章为相关概念及界定,包括优秀历史建筑、现代建筑、临近处和建筑形态的定义及其在本文中的界定。第三章为影响因素分析,分析了上海市的历史文化、法律法规、优秀历史建筑所在道路的保护级别、优秀历史建筑的保护级别及其形态特征对优秀历史建筑临近处现代建筑形态设计的影响。第四章为现状调研分析,根据优秀历史建筑临近处现代建筑形态设计的影响因素将优秀历史建筑分为重要优秀历史建筑、中等优秀历史建筑和一般优秀历史建筑三种不同重要程度的优秀历史建筑类型。从色彩、形体、体量、材质等方面分别对三种优秀历史建筑临近处的现代建筑形态设计现状进行分析,总结出成功案例和不足案例。第五章为设计手法,根据第四章现状调研分析的结论,得出一般情况下优秀历史建筑临近处现代建筑形态设计的思路和原则。结合国内外的优秀案例,提出相似手法和其他设计手法。第六章为结语,总结了本课题的研究内容。更多还原

【Abstract】 Recent years, more attention is paid on the protection of Shanghai heritage architecture, not only the buildings, but also their surrounding environment. The form design of modern architecture adjoining Shanghai heritage architecture is becoming more and more important. Some modern buildings try to emphasize their importance while ignoring the historic buildings. Some tried to copy the historical buildings inappropriately. The modern architecture should neither destroy the original environment, but also has the feature of times.In this article, the form design of modern architecture adjoining Shanghai heritage architecture is taken as the research object. Through the Influence factors of the form design of modern architecture adjoining Shanghai heritage architecture, based on the investigation and analysis, the article analysis the present situation of modern architecture adjoining different important degree of Shanghai heritage architecture from the form factor such as color, shape, size and material, and sum up the successes and the shortcomings. Through the present situation research and the excellent practice cases both at home and abroad, the article concludes the design principle and design methods of the form of modern architecture adjoining Shanghai heritage architecture, in order to provide theoretical guidance and realistic basis for the form design of modern architecture adjoining Shanghai heritage architecture in the future.This thesis is divided into six chapters, and the key elements are as follows:The first chapter is an introduction. This chapter clarifies the research origin, analyzes research situation at home and abroad, clears the purpose, and gives the research methods and research framework.The second chapter is the concept and definition, including the heritage architecture, modern architecture, adjoining and architecture form.The third chapter is the analysis of influent factors of the form design of modern architecture adjoining Shanghai heritage architecture, including the history and culture of Shanghai, related laws and regulations, protection level of the road witch the heritage architecture is in, protection level of the heritage architecture, and the morphological characteristics of the heritage architecture.The forth chapter is the present research analysis. According to the influent factors of the form design of modern architecture adjoining Shanghai heritage architecture, the heritage architecture divides into important heritage architecture, medium heritage architecture and general heritage architecture.The article analysis the present situation of the form design of modern architecture adjoining Shanghai heritage architecture from the color, shape, size and material, and sums up the successful cases and unsuccessful cases.The fifth chapter is the design methods. According to the conclusion of the forth chapter, the article puts forward the design principle and design methods of the form of modern architecture adjoining Shanghai heritage architecture through outstanding case of both at home and abroad.The sixth chapter is the conclusion.
