地区电网运行评价指标体系及评价方法研究

【摘要】 随着我国电网的迅猛发展以及智能化电网的建设,建立一套能够科学地评价地区电网运行方式的评价指标体系及方法,对于在保证电网运行的安全可靠性前提下提高电网运行的经济性、灵活方便性具有重要的理论和现实意义。本文根据地区电网运行特点,结合电力部门的实际需求,提出了评价地区电网运行方式的指标体系,包括对供电可靠性、电能质量、经济性、短路电流、运行操作复杂度以及检修方式特性等七个方面的评价,给出其计算方法,引入模糊隶属函数和层次分析法的基本思想,实现指标量化,运用数据包络法和模糊综合评判技术等方法进行综合评价。最后将本文所提出的地区电网运行评价指标体系及评价方法应用于某实际变电站的实例计算,验证了该方法的有效性。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of China’s grid and smart grid construction, the establishment of the indicator system and method for evaluating the operation mode of the regional power grid scientifically has theoretical and practical significance for improving the economics, flexibility of grid operation under the premise of ensuring the safety and reliability of power grid.According to regional power grid characteristics and combined with the actual needs of the power sector, This paper give the indicator system of evaluating the operation mode of the regional power grid which contain Ratability, Power Quality, Economics, Short-circuit current, Operation complexity, and Maintenance mode feature. It achieves quantified with giving the calculation method, fuzzy membership function and the basic idea of AHP and getting the comprehensive evaluation which using data envelopment analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation techniques and other methods of evaluation.At the end of the paper, an example of real transformer substation is simulated and the feasibility of this method is proved.
