水利枢纽机电设备维修管理模式研究

【摘要】 本文以水利枢纽机电设备为研究对象,综合运用了现代设备管理理论和水工机电设备专业知识,对水桥枢纽机电设备维修管理模式进行了总结。以利民桥水利枢纽工作实践为基础,运用以可靠性为中心的维修(RCM)这一目前国际较为先进的设备维修管理理论,对枢纽机电设备进行预防性维护。文章首先具体阐述以可靠性为中心的维修(RCM)的理论;然后在RCM理论的基础上具体运用RCM的工具,对枢纽电机设备进行分析,确定重点预防维护设备,确定重要部件;最后通过将点检、状态监测与RCM结合,保证对重要部件的状态维修。通过RCM的方法,保证水利枢纽机电设备的完好性能,做到一旦接到防汛指挥部的命令,就能及时、有效、安全的运行。本文为同类水利工程机电设备管理与维修模式选择提供了思路和方法,为水工机电维修模式的决策提供了宝贵的理论和实践依据。

【Abstract】 Based on the hydro mechanical and electrical equipment as the research object, the integrated use of modern equipment management theory and hydraulic mechanical and electrical equipment of professional knowledge, to water conservancy mechanical and electrical equipment repair management mode undertook summing up.In order to limin bridge water conservancy work practice is a foundation, use reliability centered repair ( RCM ) of the current international advanced equipment repair management theory, the hub of mechanical and electrical equipment preventive maintenance. This article first elaborated the reliability-centered repair ( RCM ) theory; then based on the RCM theory concrete application of RCM tools, the hub motor device for analysis, determine the key preventive maintenance equipment, determine the important components; finally through inspection, monitoring and RCM binding, the guarantee to the important status of repair. Through the RCM method, ensure the hydro mechanical and electrical equipment of good performance, do it once received the flood control headquarters command, can be timely, effective, safe operation.In this paper, for similar water conservancy engineering mechanical and electrical equipment management and repair mode selection provides the ideas and methods for hydraulic mechanical and electrical repair, mode decision provides valuable theory and practice basis.
