【摘要】 《南方都市报》作为中国现阶段较为有影响力的报纸,其公信力、贴近性和社会责任感一直是其所标榜的,新闻评论作为体现一份报纸深度的重要衡量标准之一,越来越受到重视和关注,评论水平的高低,从某种程度上反映了采编队伍的素质高低,随着信息化的高速发展,报纸在报道新近发生的事实和消息报道上的差异越来越小,受众在阅读评论过程中的收获,可能决定了其对一份报纸的看法。《南方都市报》除每日第二版固定的版面为评论外,更多体现该报水平的评论需要有刊登的平台,也需要更为广泛的选题涉入。“评论周刊”的创立对当今都市类报纸将新闻评论以周刊形式出版起到借鉴的作用,每期固定的8个版面给新闻评论提供了更大的刊载平台。主题内容选择与时事结合紧密的同时突出了深度,评论作者的群体也打破了专业新闻评论记者队伍的群体。政治民主化作为现阶段中国民主、开放的政治体系建设中最为重要的内容,成为了媒介报道和反应的重点。在评论周刊的评论内容中,涉及政治、经济、文化、司法、社会、民生等方面的内容,是评论周刊履行舆论监督职能的具体体现,自由开放的言论平台也是政治民主化的重要表现,其舆论监督的过程中,也唤醒了公民言论自由和监督社会的意识。《南方都市报》评论周刊的创刊与发展,对当代报纸新闻评论的发展有借鉴和启发作用,为平面媒体的新闻评论创造了一种新的形式和一种新的发表模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Southern Metropolis Daily is the more influential newspapers, Its credibility, and close to its social responsibility has been advertised. News Review newspaper as the embodiment of the depth of one of the important metrics,get more attention and concern. The level of review decide to the quality of the contingent editors. With the high speed development of information technology, recent newspaper reports and news happening is more and more closer, the reading gains that audience comments during, may determine its views on a newspaper. In addition to the second edition of the daily fixed layout for the comments, More comments reflect the level of the Southern Metropolis Daily need published in the platform, need concern a wider range of topics. "Weekly Review" of the creation of the urban class newspaper will get a good role of the weekly news commentary . 8 pages each fixed to the news published reviews provide a greater platform. Select combination of subject matter closely with current events while highlighting the depth, review of the groups also broke the news comment on news team of professional groups.Political democratization, democracy in China as a stage, open political system, the most important elements,become the focus of media coverage and reaction. Commenting on the content of Weekly comments,involve in Political, economic, cultural, judicial, social, livelihood and other aspects, a concrete manifestation of public opinion for the Weekly performance review functions. Free and open expression of political democratization is an important platform for expression.At the proceed of the supervision by public opinion, Freedom of speech and awakened the consciousness of the community supervision.
