硕士研究生就业压力、应对方式与主观幸福感关系研究

【摘要】 作为高层次人才的硕士研究生的心理健康问题是当今社会关注的焦点,他们自我期望和社会期望较高,面临着激烈的就业竞争,因而承受着巨大的压力。本研究对硕士研究生的就业压力、应对方式与主观幸福感的关系进行研究,并对其在面对就业压力时出现的心理健康问题提出有针对性的意见或建议以提高其应对能力。本研究以华中科技大学、华中师范大学和湖北大学三所高校的400名硕士研究生为被试,采用问卷调查法,实测问卷包括:研究生基本信息调查表、硕士研究生就业压力调查问卷、应对方式问卷与主观幸福感问卷,数据分析使用软件SPSS16.0和AMOS4.0。研究结论如下:(1)主观幸福感低分组有110人,占总人数的31.3%,高分组有237人,占总人数的67.8%,总体而言硕士研究生的水平较高,在性别、年级、专业、婚恋、生源地、年龄和成绩上存在显著差异。就业压力高分组有192人,占总人数的54.7%,硕士研究生承受的就业压力比较大,在学校、性别、专业、有无全职工作经验、独生子女与否、年龄和成绩上存在显著差异。积极应对方式高分组有240人,占总人数的68.4%,消极应对方式低分组有279人,占总人数的76.6%,硕士研究生偏好采用积极应对方式,在性别、婚恋、有无全职工作经验、生源地和成绩上存在显著差异。(2)硕士研究生的就业压力与主观幸福感的关系密切,就业压力各维度与总体生活满意度和积极情绪呈显著负相关,与消极情绪呈显著正相关。(3)硕士研究生的应对方式与主观幸福感的关系密切,即积极应对方式与主观幸福感呈显著正相关,消极应对方式与主观幸福感呈显著负相关。(4)硕士研究生的就业压力与应对方式关系密切,即就业压力与积极应对方式呈显著负相关,与消极应对方式呈显著正相关。(5)硕士研究生的就业压力和应对方式(积极应对方式和消极应对方式)对主观幸福感有着极其显著的预测作用,三个变量能联合预测幸福感29.7%的变异量,建立标准化的回归方程是:主观幸福感=5.660-0.687消极应对方式+0.613积极应对方式-0.026就业压力。(6)应对方式是就业压力与主观幸福感的中介影响因素,即就业压力通过应对方式影响主观幸福感。

【Abstract】 The mental health condition of post-graduates is the focus of society attention. Post-graduates have great self-expectation and social expectation, and when they face intense employment competition, they endure severe stress. So the aim of this paper is to figure out the relationship among employment stress, coping styles and subject well-being of post-graduates in order to provide suggestions for post-graduates’mental health when they face employment stress, and to improve their copingability.Questionnaires adopted in the research include Basic Information Form, Employment Stress Questionnaire, Coping Style Scale and Scale of Subject Well-being, which are answered by 400 post-graduates in Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Huazhong Normal University and Hubei University. Data analysis adopts SPSS16.0 and AMOS4.0. This research draws the following conclusions:1. The subject well-being of post-graduates is slightly higher than average. And the degree of subject well-being varies significantly with various factors such as gender, grade, major, sentiment, residence, age and performance. The employment stress of post-graduates is greater than average. And there is significant difference in school, gender, major, full-time work experience, only child, age and performance. Post-graduates prefer positive coping style and there exists significant difference in gender, sentiment, full-time work experience, residence and performance.2. Post-graduates’employment stress relates positively to life satisfaction and positive affect, but negatively to negative affect.3. Post-graduates’positive coping style relates positively to subject well-being, and negative coping style relates negatively to subject well-being.4. Post-graduates’employment stress is correlated with coping styles.5. Post-graduates’employment stress and coping styles are best predictors for subject well-being.6. Coping style is mediator factor between employment stress and subject well-being.
