【摘要】 完整的产业链是生物医药产业健康发展的必要条件。运用产业链来理解和阐释生物医药产业能够为区域生物医药产业目标政策的设计和实施提供比产业集群更广阔的思路和工具。湖北省虽然具有发展生物医药产业的良好基础条件,但是一直未转化成区域产业竞争中的比较优势。当前正是湖北发展生物医药产业的重要战略机遇期,能否采取恰当的思路推进产业发展关系到未来能否取得竞争优势。因此本文的研究目的就是通过构建生物医药产业链,加快湖北生物医药产业发展,提升产业整体竞争力。根据产业组织和产业链的相关理论,文章首先对生物医药产业链本身的基本特征、要素组成、构建模式进行了深入的理论分析,提出了生物医药产业链的理论结构、构建的核心要素、基本模式及其演化规律。通过集中分析湖北省生物医药产业链现状,概括出该产业链在规模、结构、模式和布局方面的主要问题。通过SWOT分析法对构建湖北省生物医药产业链的内外部态势进行了综合分析,给出了湖北省生物医药产业链构建的产业细分、环节合理配置、产业集群和环境优化四种具体战略。依据构建的基本原则,在总结国内外生物医药产业链(群)建设方面的成功经验模式的基础上,提出了湖北应选择“以领导模式为主导,关系型和模块化模式为辅助的复合模式”。最后,文章从组织关系和空间布局两个层次初步设计了湖北生物产业链的理想结构,并给出了对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The complete industry chain is a necessary condition for the healthy development of the bio-pharmaceutical industry. Using the industrial chain to understand and explain the biomedical industry can provide government with the idea that is broader and more useful than industrial clusters in designing regional policy and choosing implementation tools. Although Hubei Province has good basic conditions for the development of the bio-pharmaceutical industry,they have not been transformed into a regional comparative advantage in industrial competition. At present,there is an important strategic opportunity for Hubei to develop the bio-pharmaceutical industry.If we can not take the appropriate idea to promote the development of the bio-pharmaceutical industry,Hubei probably loses the chance of getting competitive advantage again. Therefore,the purpose of this study is to construct bio-pharmaceutical industry which could enhance the overall competitiveness of the industry in Hubei.According to industrial organization and the theory of industrial chain, this paper firstly made a thorough analysis on the basic characteristics, elements, model in-depth, and put forward the theoretical structure, the elements of construction, the basic models. The article analyzed the current situation of the biomedical industry chain in Hubei Province, and summarized the main problems, including the size, structure, pattern and layout of the industry chain. Then, The paper used the method of SWOT to analysis on the external situation of constructing the biomedical industry chain in Hubei. In the following, the article presents a multi strategy, including the industry segments, reasonable configuration, optimization of industrial clusters and improving the environment. Based on the principles of constructing the biomedical industry chain, and referred to the domestic and international bio-pharmaceutical industry chain (s) the successful construction experiences,the paper proposes Hubei should select the the complex model of leadership-oriented,relational and modular model for the secondary model. Finally,the article preliminarily designs the ideal structure of the industry chain from the organizational relationships and spatial distribution,and gives policy-support suggestions.更多还原
