自吸涡旋曝气的研究

【摘要】 随着改革开放给我国的经济带来了高速发展,促使城市化与工业化进程的不断发展,污水的产量也在急剧增加,这给我们的水环境造成了巨大的破坏,严重影响了我们的生态环境和人身健康,也制约了生态环境和经济社会的可持续发展。同时也使我们有限的水资源变得更加宝贵,因此,污水怎样高效处理是我们迫切需要解决的问题。活性污泥法是污水处理的主要方法,曝气器作为活性污泥法处理的核心设备,曝气器的曝气与混合效果对污水处理的好坏起着关键性的作用,因此,研究并开发一种高效、节能的曝气器就成为进一步提高污水生化处理的一个重要途径,同时可以减少污水处理的费用,大大降低污水处理厂的污水处理成本。本论文以自吸涡旋曝气器为研究对象,通过试验研究对自吸涡旋曝气器的各项性能指标进行测试,并通过理论分析将所测得的性能指标进行优化,同时建立各个指标关系的数学模型,为其高效运行提供理论基础。在试验室中对小试装置进行研究,并对所获得的性能指标进行综合分析,得出优化的性能参数,为中试放大研究提供依据。

【Abstract】 With the reform and opening up to our economy has brought about rapid development of urbanization and industrialization of the process of development, production of sewage also dramatically increase with our water has made great havoc of, serious impact on our environmental and personal health and checking the ecological environment, social and economic of sustainable development. It also makes our limited water supplies have become more precious. Therefore, how are we efficient sewage treatment that we urgently need to solve the problem.Activity mud is the main method of sewage treatment and aeration is as active in the law of the central unit, upon aeration of aeration with mixed results on the sewage disposal is a crucial role. thus, research and develop an effective and energy efficient of aeration is a further increase the sewage and chemical processing an important way, can reduce the sewage charges, sewage treatment plants significantly reduce the sewage treatment costs. This paper with vortex aeration is for research objects, through experimental studies on the magnetic vortex aeration of the performance indicators, and theoretical analysis will be measured to optimize performance indicators and establishment of various indicators of mathematical model, for its efficient offer a theoretical foundation.For studyed of small pilot plant in the laboratory, and obtained the performance index by a comprehensive analysis, to obtain the optimal performance parameters. So we can provide evidence for the scale-up.
