武汉乡村道路薄层水泥混凝土路面结构研究

【摘要】 近年来随着国家和地方政府对农村建设重视程度的加深,作为带动农村经济发展的重要基础设施——乡村道路也越来越受到关注。目前武汉市加快了乡村道路发展的步伐,可由于建设资金缺乏和建设需求规模大的矛盾,乡村道路状况还有待进一步的改善。本文旨在进行武汉市内低交通量、轻荷载乡村道路水泥混凝土路面结构组合和水泥混凝土面层厚度的研究,最大程度的降低乡村道路投资成本,将有限的资金用到更多的乡村道路建设中去。基于此本文主要从以下几个方面展开研究工作:研究分析出与乡村道路在路网中不同的服务功能和交通特点相适用的标准轴载,通过试验来研究目前被广泛应用的水泥稳定基层是否适用于乡村的不利排水条件,并利用ADINA有限元软件和理论方法分析不同尺寸、不同厚度、不同轴载条件下的水泥板底最不利弯拉应力和温度应力。从而确定出了一种适合武汉地区乡村道路建设条件的经济合理、技术可行的路面结构组合和面层厚度,达到工程效益-投资比较优,为将来乡村道路使用的筑路材料选择、水泥混凝土路面结构设计提供方法。

【Abstract】 With the high recognition degree of our nation and local government about rural area in recent years, the rural road which is one of the most important infrastructures that can promote economic development is paid more and more attention. Right now the Wuhan government accelerates the development of rural road and the condition is being improved. But because of the lack of founds and large scale, there are still many villages that don’t have rural roads.To reduce the cost of rural road construction and improve the fund utilizing efficiency, this paper aims at studying the combination and thickness of cement concrete pavement for rural roads in Wuhan which is low volume and light axle load. According to this, we can make a clear conclusion. Based on different functions of rural roads in the road network and its traffic characteristics, with different-standarded axle loads and experimental research, the paper has discussed whether the cement stabilized base, widely used in the rural road network, is suitable for the unfavorable drainage conditions. At the same time, employing the limited element software of ADINA and its theoretical methods, the paper has also analyzed what the least favorable blending and flexural stress, and temperature stress of the solid-cement mixtures base are. Those cement bases, used in the research, have different sizes, different thickness and under different axle load conditions. Though these ways, we hope to make an economic and practical road structure and work out perfect road thickness, which takes into account the characteristics of the rural road construction in Wuhan, and which can earn the most project benefit only with the least project investment. We also hope our research can provide ways to choose the best material which will be used in the construction of rural roads, and to design the most practical and profitable concrete road structure.
