基于PLC的脉冲强磁场装置监控系统设计

【摘要】 作为现代科学实验一种重要的极端条件之一,脉冲强磁场为物理学、材料科学、生命科学等学科的前沿研究提供了实验平台。由于科学研究的需要,脉冲强磁场技术越来越受到重视。控制与测量系统作为脉冲强磁场装置的一个主要组成部分,对脉冲强磁场技术的发展有着重要的作用本文在教育部重点实验室1MJ脉冲强磁场装置改造的基础上,设计了一种基于PLC的脉冲强磁场装置监控系统实现方案,实现对装置的充电、放电等控制。该方案以PLC作为本地控制器核心,分别以组态软件WinCC作为开发平台,和应用OPC技术,在SIMATIC NET提供的OPC Server基础上设计了远程监控软件。本文简述了脉冲强磁场装监控系统的作用,分析了国内外控制测量系统的特点。提出了一种基于PLC的监控系统设计方案。在介绍了脉冲强磁场装置的结构和工作原理的基础上,重点阐述了控制系统的硬件和软件设计的设计过程。具体包括控制系统结构的搭建,PLC的硬件配置和电气连接,输入输出的光电隔离以及PLC控制程序的编写及WINCC的远程监控软件设计。研究了基于OPC技术的上层软件设计,包括OPC的产生背景、工作原理和结构体系以及客户端程程序设计方法。

【Abstract】 As one of the most important extreme condition in modern scientific research, pulsed high magnetic field provides a significant platform for scientific experiment of physics, materials science, life science and so on. Due to demand of scientific research, pulse high magnet technology has caused more and more attention of researcher. While Control and measuring system plays an important role in pulse high magnetic field technology.In this thesis, a monitoring system of Pulsed High Magnetic Field Facility based on PLC is designed, and the functions of charging, discharge are achieved.PLC is as the core local controller, and SIMATIC WINCC is as the platform for Upper Layer Software design. And OPC technology is applied to design upper layer software as another scheme, based on the OPC Server provided by SIMATIC NET. The main work of this thesis is as follows:Firstly, it briefly describes the role of monitoring system in pulsed high magnetic field facility, analyzes the characteristics of control and measurement systems of pulsed high magnetic field facility at home and abroad and illustrates a scheme of monitoring system based on PLC.Secondly, it introduces the structure and working principle of pulsed high magnetic field facility, and on this basis it focuses on designing the hardware and software of the monitoring system. PLC hardware configuration and electrical connection are described in detail, and the program of PLC control and the remote operation is also illustrated.Thirdly, it describes a solution of upper layer software based on OPC technology, introducing the background of OPC, principle, architecture and OPC client program design.
