单缸摩托车发动机电喷及试验系统设计与分析

【摘要】 我国摩托车产业发展迅速,摩托车产销量逐年上升,随着摩托车国Ⅲ排放法规的实施,摩托车产业面临巨大的考验。事实证明,唯有摩托车电喷化才是满足国Ⅲ法规的唯一有效措施。这里以某单缸摩托车用汽油机为对象,对其电控系统进行研究,主要工作包括:1)电控系统总体方案的确定。系统采用电喷闭环控制加三元催化转化器技术,进气量测量采用速度开度法,供油方式为进气道喷射并且采用无回油的燃油供给系统,点火方式采用ECU-CDI点火。基于国产化选择传感器和执行器,且在试验中满足系统性能及可靠性要求。系统结构简单,安装方便,性能可靠,适合摩托车用发动机。2) ECU硬件电路及软件设计。根据实际要求自主设计了ECU硬件电路并进行了相应的软件开发,实验表明其性能可靠、功能稳定。3)电控系统控制策略改进与试验验证。对空燃比、喷油、点火、怠速控制及安全保护控制策略等进行了分析研究;通过所搭建的发动机试验台以及自主开发的标定软件完成了电控发动机标定所需试验,包括基本喷油点火MAP,各种喷油修正表和各工况控制策略试验验证与参数标定;并且完成了改装后电控发动机外特性的测试以及与原化油器发动机性能的对比分析。

【Abstract】 Motorcycle industry in China has been developing rapidly, The number of production and sales for motorcycle rises year by year. The motorcycle industry is facing with huge pressure because new effluent standard of motorcycle have been put into effect. Factual proof EFI is the only effective way to satisfy the new effluent standard.A certain single-cylinder gasoline engine for motorcycle is regarded as research object to design its EMS.The main research work in this paper are as follows:1) Determine the overall plan of electronic control system. Closed-loop control and Three Way Catalysts technology have been adopted. The air measurement is used the arithmetic of n; The inlet injection and no return fuel are used in the supplying system; Ignition mode is ECU-CDI. All the sensors and actuators are made in China, The control system is simple in structure, convenient in installation and reliable. On the whole, It is very suitable for motorcycle engine.2) Design the hardware and software of ECU. According to the practical demands ECU hardware circuit and the corresponding software has been designed independently, the result shows that ECU is reliable and stable enough to be used as production.3) Improve the control strategy and calibration experiment. The paper analyze and design the control strategy on the air-fuel ratio, injection, ignition, idle speed control and safety protection. The calibration experiments which are including the basic injection and ignition MAP and all the verify form for injection have been completed through the engine test bed which is built by ourselves and the calibration software which is developed independently. Finally the full-load performance curve of the engine assembled with EMS which is developed ourselves is tested and make a comparison with the carburetor engine performance.
