基于数字虚拟机的雷达装备网络化训考系统研究

【摘要】 雷达作为我国防空预警的重要手段之一,随着科学技术的发展,雷达技术也在不断改进与提高。近年来,功能强、集成度高、技术先进的新型雷达不断涌现,这些雷达的作战使用、维修保障对技术人员提出了较高要求,为此,雷达部队正不断通过各种装备培训来提高装备技术人员的技能与水平,然而,现有装备培训存在诸多矛盾:一是参训人员多与装备数量少的矛盾。由于参训人员多,实体装备数量有限,教学装备更新慢,装备技能培训效率较低;二是时间短与任务重的矛盾。由于培训时间短,任务重,培训不能细化,培训效果较差;三是考核手段单一与准确考核的矛盾。由于雷达部队基层装备业务技能训练及考核方法单一,很难真正考核技术人员的业务水平。针对上述问题,本文利用计算机网络、图像处理、信息处理及仿真等技术,本文对基于数字虚拟机(Digital Virtual Machine,DVM)的雷达装备网络化训考系统的设计与开发进行了研究。根据系统设计目的与原则,完成了网络化训考系统的功能设计和系统流程设计,研究了网络化训考系统的总体方案;基于维修特性的原则,研究了雷达建模的方法,设计了单部雷达DVM,并对表现层与数据处理层构建方法及它们间的关系进行了讨论;基于单部雷达DVM,设计了网络化训练子系统与考核子系统,并以示例方式给出了子系统工作流程;采用网络游戏架构体系,搭建了网络化训考系统的管理模式和评定系统,并以示例方式给出了系统工作流程。基于DVM的雷达装备网络化训考系统不仅可以应用于不同的训练考核环境,而且可以实现教育娱乐一体化式培训、考核,使各类参训人员能够有效掌握不同装备的专业知识,快速提高参训人员的业务技能。该系统的设计与实现可较好地解决当前装备培训中的主要矛盾,为技术人员任职培训提供了一种有效手段,对促进雷达部队战斗力生成与作战效能提高有重要意义。

【Abstract】 The radar is an important means in the early-warning of our national defense, along with the development of science and technology, the radar technology is improved too. Now, a lot of new radar are developed which possess strong function, high integration and advanced technologies. it needs strong ability to use and maintain these radars for the technician, so many equipment training are actualized in order to improve their ability in radar troops,.However there are many conflicts in equipment training. First, more technicians are in conflict with less equipment, because of more technicians,less equipment and slowly equipment renewal, the training efficiency is more lower. Second, more shorter training time is conglict with overburden, because of it, training can’t be detailed, and the effect of training is more worse. Third, simple evaluation method is conflict with accurate evaluation, because the method of equipment training and evaluation is very simple in the radar troops, it’s very difficult to evaluate the technician’s real ability.Aiming at the above problems, this paper discusses the design and implement of radar equipment networked training and evaluation system base on digital virtual machine(DVM). The system utilize synthetically the technologies of network, picture processing, information processing and emulation. According to the aim and principle, it is accomplished for function design and flow design of the system, and discussed the whole scheme of networked training and evaluation. Base on the principle of maintenance characteristic, the method of radar modeling is discussed, single radar DVM is builded, and the constructing way and their relation are discussed for interface layer and data processing layer. Base on single radar DVM, it is designed and accomplished for the networked training subsystem and evaluation subsystem, and the subsystem’s appliable flow explained by using the examples. Adopted the construct method of network game, managing subsystem and assess subsystem is constructed, and the subsystem’s appliable flow is explained by using the examples.The radar equipment networked training and evaluation system base on DVM can be used in different training and evaluation environment, and technician can enjoy training and inspection like as amusement, which can make different specialty technician master the professional knowledge of different equipment effectively, and quickly strengthen their technical ability. The system can solve preferablely the primary problem of current training and evaluation, which. provides an available way to technician’s earlier job trainingm. It has importance military significance to enhance radar troop’s battle effectiveness
