天津西站主站楼整体迁移关键技术研究与应用

【摘要】 目前,我国正处于城市化加速发展阶段,城市建设中保护与开发的矛盾较为突出。如何对城市传统风格和历史建筑进行有效保护,使之成为我们城市环境中的有机组成部分,从而延续历史文化是当前摆在我们建设者面前的一个重要课题。通过本课题的研究,解决了天津西站主站楼整体迁移工程设计和施工中的许多关键技术问题,为工程的顺利实施保驾护航。通过天津西站主站楼整体平移顶升施工技术的顺利实施,即保留天津西站这座历史文物、历史风貌建筑,同时也解决了天津西站交通枢纽总体规划的场地布局,为铁路建设提供了必要场地。论文主要研究内容和成果如下:1、通过调研、现场实测实量,绘制出天津西站主站楼的平面图、剖面图、立面图,通过检测手段确定了房屋的结构形式和受力体系,为后期的修缮工程提供基础资料。2、采用三维移位技术,天津西站主站楼向南平移135米,向东平移40米,到达新址后垂直顶升2.9米,满足规划要求。3、天津西站整体平移成功跨越地铁通道,其建筑物平移跨越地铁通道技术,通过对地铁段上方地基处理以及跨地铁段轨道基础设计,填补了国内外该项技术的空白,为类似工程提供技术参考。4、建筑物平移施工基坑紧邻铁路站台技术,在铁路站台通过基坑支护以及列车过站限速等技术手段,确保施工的顺利进行和铁路安全。5、引用计算机建模软件,进行砖石木结构建筑的受力分析,对建筑物结构受力进行仿真分析,进行托换结构体系设计,为砖石木结构的受力分析提供新思路。6、建筑物同步顶升控制点达到32个位移控制,以位控为主,即事先设定位移值,系统自动调节各控制点的力的输出,实现建筑物迁移的力、位双闭环控制。7、滑动装置(滑脚)采用硫化处理,借鉴桥梁支座的制作原理,实现标准化制作。8、对建筑物移位施工中加固过程中的石结构进行加固处理。

【Abstract】 At present, China is in the stage of accelerated development of urbanization,urban construction,the contradiction between the protection and development of the more prominent. How the traditional style and the city the effective protection of historic buildings,making our city an integral part of the environment,and thus perpetuates the history and culture is currently placed in front of our builders is an important issue.Through this topic research, solved the tianjin west station main station house overall migration engineering design and construction, many of the key technical problems for project implementation escorting.Tianjin West Railway Station through the main station building as a whole pan lifting application of the smooth implementation of the Tianjin West Railway Station is to retain the historic heritage,historic character buildings, but also solve the transportation hub of Tianjin West Railway Station master plan the site layout,building the railway the necessary space.Thesis research content and results are as follows:1、Through researched, field measurement of net output and draw the main station of Tianjin West Railway Station building plans, sections, elevations, by means of tests to determine the structure of housing and force system for later restoration works to provide basic data .2、Used three-dimensional displacement technology,Tianjin West Railway Station Master House,135 meters south of pan, pan 40 meters east,perpendicular to the top after the new site reach 2.9 meters,to meet the planning requirements.3、Tianjin West Railway Station subway tunnels across the overall success of pan,pan across the subway tunnels of its building technology, through the foundation of the subway section of Shangfang track processing,and foundation design span metro section,to fill gaps in the technology at home and abroad, for similar projects Technical Reference.4、The building construction pit near the railway station translation technology, railway stations and on trains through the foundation pit stops over the speed limit and other technical means to ensure the smooth progress of the construction and railway safety.5、The reference computer modeling software for mechanical analysis of wood frame construction masonry,structural stress on the simulation analysis,the underpinning structure system design,stress analysis for the wooden structure of masonry to provide new ideas.6、Building control point synchronous lifting to 32 the displacement control to position control based,that is pre-set displacement values,the system automatically adjust the force of the control point output power to achieve migration of the building,bit dual-loop control.7、The sliding device (sliding foot) by curing treatment,the production of bridge bearings learn the principle of standardized production.8、Reinforcing the construction of the building process of shifting stone structure reinforcement.
