M石化公司连续重整装置的实施与管理

【摘要】 随着我国国民经济的不断发展,为了提升企业竞争力,减少对环境的影响,论文以M石化公司连续重整装置为背景,详细阐述了连续重整装置的实施与管理全过程。论文对连续重整装置的组建、设计、施工到投产及影响,进行了全面的论述。其中详细的论述了连续重整装置复杂的工艺流程和更安全、更可靠、更先进的新型的控制系统(集散控制系统DCS和逻辑控制系统PLC)在生产装置中的广泛应用。详细分析了CENTUM CS3000集散控制系统特点及本装置的控制方案。新型的控制系统具有良好的开放性、可靠性、灵活性、人机交互友好、网络通信方便等优点。在五年多的生产实践中,它满足了M石化公司60万吨/年连续重整装置生产工艺要求,并确保装置长期、稳定、安全、高效的运行。

【Abstract】 Along with our country national economy unceasing development ,In order to promote the enterprise competitive power and reduce the impact on the environment. Focused on the continuous catalytic reforming plant of M petrochemical company, Elaborated in detail rallies the installment continuously the implementation and manages the entire process in the dissertation.The paper to rallies the installment to set up, the design, to construct continuously to the production and the influence, has carried on the comprehensive elaboration. And the detailed elaboration has rallied the equipment complex technical process continuously and is safer, is more reliable, the more advanced new control system (collection and distribution control system DCS and logical control system PLC) in the process units widespread application. Multianalysis CENTUM CS3000 collection and distribution control system characteristic and this installment control plan.The new control system has obvious advantages of opening, reliability, flexibility, friendly man-machine interaction and convenience of network communications. It meets the production process requirements of 600,000 tons / year of catalytic gasoline in the petrochemical company, and ensures the long-term, stable, safe and efficient operation.
