【摘要】 地质勘查是基础工业和基础设施建设不可缺少的前期工作,是为国家经济建设和社会可持续发展提供基础资料和矿产资源保障的战略性工作。地质成果质量的好坏,不仅关系到矿山企业的成败,更关系到国家经济建设的布局和国民经济当前和长远的利益。加强地勘工作的质量管理,确保地质成果的质量,一直是各级地勘主管部门和广大地质工作者十分重要的任务。本文首先分析了我国地质勘查项目质量管理的现状,并对勘查项目进行了工作概述,然后阐述了地勘项目质量管理的特点及其质量下降的原因,最后通过X地勘单位质量管理的实例提出了自己的观点。文中以市场经济条件下地质勘查项目质量管理为研究对象,从地质勘查项目的不同类型及其工作程序进行质量管理系统研究,在全面总结分析现有地质勘查项目各项规范、要求及不同地勘单位地质勘查项目质量管理实施现状基础上,结合在X地质大队从事地质勘查项目工作实践,采用理论分析与应用分析相结合的方法,提出了有效提高地勘单位地质项目质量管理的方法和措施,即采取有效方式强化全员质量管理;严格过程控制,预防质量隐患;加强人力资源管理;采取适当的激励措施,对地勘行业进行地质勘查项目质量管理工作实施有着一定的现实和指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Geological survey is an essential preparatory work of basic industries and infrastructure.It’s a strategic work that provides basic information and protection of mineral resources for national economic construction and social sustainable development. The quality of geological results relate to not only the success or failure of mining enterprises, but also the layout of national economic construction and the current and long-term interests of national economy. It has been a very important task of every geological survey department and the majority of geologists that enhancing the quality management of geological survey and ensuring the quality of geological results.Firstly, this paper analyzes the status of quality management of geological project in our country, and makes an overview for exploration work. Then, it describes the characteristics of quality management of geological survey project and reasons for the decline of quality. And finally one point of view has been proposed through an instance about quality management of X geological company. In this paper, quality management of geological survey project under the market economy is treated as the research object, and quality management has been researched from different types and procedures of geological survey projects. Based on comprehensive summary of existing specifications, requirements and the status of implementation of quality management of different geological survey companies, combined with the practice of X geological team, and combined with theoretical analysis and application analysis, methods and measures have been proposed to improve quality management of geological survey projects. That is taking effective measures to strengthen the total quality management; Controling process strictly to prevent quality problems; Strengthening human resource management; Taking appropriate incentives.
