音乐艺术院校创新团队长效发展模式探究

【摘要】 增强自主创新能力,建设创新型国家,是“十一五”期间我国提出的重大发展决策。国家自然科学基金委员会《创新研究群体科学基金试行办法》和教育部“长江学者和创新团队发展计划”的提出,推动了各级各地创新团队的发展。在此大背景下,本文采用文献研究法、经验总结法、实地调研法、个案研究法、模型分析法等研究方法,阐释了创新的含义,对国内外创新团队理论现状进行了研究;总结了综合类普通高等院校创新团队发展现状,并以“师生团队”“项目团队”“学科团队”三种发展模式对存在问题进行了解析;对音乐艺术院校进行了调研,将音乐艺术院校的创新团队分为松散型创新团队、联合型创新团队、独立型创新团队三种,深刻剖析了音乐类艺术院校专业方向细密、艺术造诣高低多由个人演唱演奏水平论及教、研、创、演的高实现性的特殊性;分析了音乐艺术院校创新团队的发展瓶颈,在于团队凝聚力、团队文化、团队管理制度和团队支持力度的缺失。本文在上述研究的基础上,以天津音乐学院为例,凝练了音乐艺术院校创新团队内在机制和发展模式,探索以创新团队为依托的师资队伍梯次化发展;通过麦肯锡“7S”模型理论进行分析,希冀对音乐艺术院校创新团队长效发展模式管窥一豹。

【Abstract】 It is the significant decision that China central government proposed to enhance independent innovation capability and build an innovative country in the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan". The proposing of“the Trial Procedures of Science Fund for Creative Research Groups”from National Natural Science Foundation of China and "the Development Plan for Cheung Kong Scholars and Innovative Research Team" from the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China has propelled the further development of the innovation teams across all levels.In this background, literature research method, the experience summarization, field investigation method、case-study approach model analysis and other methods are adopted to explains the meaning of innovation and home and the theoretical of innovation team home and abroad. The current situation of the integrated ordinary institutions of higher learning innovation team development, is summarized, and the "teacher-student team", "project team" and "discipline team" mode on problems is analyzed. By the research in some art colleges, the paper will divide the innovative teams to three ones; loose one, the united one and independent one. Then we analyze that the specialization and the level of artistic skills from the music and arts colleges all highly rely on the realization of the personal performance level, teaching, research, innovation and performance, we also have the inference that the bottlenecks is the shortage of team cohesion; team culture; team management system and the team support for the music colleges.On the basis of above article, we take Tianjin Conservatory of Music as an example, the internal mechanism and development model is concised and it explore innovative team of teachers draftees relying on the development, lastly, with the model of McKinsey "7S" model theory before forming long-term development model of innovative team of music & arts college.
