【摘要】 信息化建设在设计院经营管理中具有重要的功能定位和积极作用,本论文的研究旨在对其进行深入分析,进一步推进设计院信息化建设。为此,本文采用了文献分析法、对比分析法以及案例分析法等一系列方法,分析信息化建设在设计院经营管理中的主要作用和产生的管理效率。本文通过对实际案例--太原钢铁集团设计院经营管理的业务分析,梳理出经营管理的信息化管理需求,结合信息化建设提出有针对性、有创造性的改进建议,并在此基础上提出经营管理信息化建设的全面解决方案。通过经营管理系统的开发与实际运行,达到了提高设计院经营管理水平、提高工作效率,以及为院领导实现辅助经营决策的作用。通过本论文的论证和太钢集团设计院的实际效果分析,能够得到以下结论:第一,信息化建设在设计院经营管理中具有重要的功能定位,承担着为设计院打造内部信息网络,构建连接设计院内部与外部的桥梁,建设组织中枢神经的重任。第二,信息化建设在设计院经营管理中发挥着重要作用,为设计院经营管理提供信息整合与服务,实现提升设计院信息监测与反馈的效率。第三,太钢集团设计院信息化建设的实践经验表明,设计院应当将信息化建设与业务特点紧密相连,促使信息化建设真正为提升企业经营管理水平发挥积极作用。第四,设计院应当进一步加强信息化建设,明确信息化建设在整个经营管理工作中的定位,强化信息化建设与经营管理活动的融合,大力促进信息化建设适用技术的研究开发。更多还原

【Abstract】 Information construction has the very important function and active effect in design institute management and operation. The paper investigated this topic in details to improve the information construction in design institute. Document analysis, comparative analysis, case analysis and a serious of methods were used to anywise the main effect and the management efficiency in design institute management.The management and operation analyzing for Taiyuan Iron and Steel Company’s design institute arranged the information management requirements for operation and management. Integrating targeted improvement recommendation the overall solution for information construction was given in this paper. The development of management and operation system and the realized running increased the management level and working efficiency, it helped institute leaders make the operation solution.After the paper proof and the analyzing for TISCO’s design institute case following conclusions were proofed:First, information construction plays a very important role in design institute management, it makes internal information network, it is a bridge between inner part and outer part, it looks like central naval system in institute.Second, information construction displays important effect in operation and management of design institute, it supplies information conformity and service, realizes information supervision and feedback.Third, The practice of TISCO’s design institute shows the information construction must be tightly connected with profession, than the information construction can increase enterprise’s management level.Fourth, Design institute should improve information construction, make sure the position of information construction in total management work, merge information constructing with operation and management activities, increase development for information application technology.更多还原
