【摘要】 随着我国经济产业结构的不断调整,旅游业以其高度的产业关联性和辐射效应,逐渐显示出其在区域经济发展中的重要贡献,旅游开发已成为当前区域开发的一大热点。区域旅游开发是一个长期的、复杂的、高投资的系统工程,它需要对区域旅游资源、经济发展状况以及市场需求等各个方面进行评价和分析,需要在基础设施、旅游产品以及管理体制等方面做出具体的战略规划,只有这样,才能在满足市场需求的基础上形成区域自身的核心竞争力,获得持续健康的发展。因此区域旅游开发评价与开发模式的研究对于区域旅游开发的成功具有重要的理论和实践意义。海南省是我国唯一的一个热带岛屿,其得天独厚的资源优势决定了海南重点发展旅游产业的前景和优势,2010年海南国际旅游岛的建设被正式纳入国家的重要战略部署。海南国际旅游岛的开发建设,是加快发展海南省现代服务业,实现海南经济社会又好又快发展的重大举措,对中国调整优化经济结构和转变发展方式具有重要示范作用。基于这一背景,本文选取区域旅游开发评价和开发模式作为研究主题,对区域旅游开发的评价体系和确定开发模式时所要关注的核心要素进行了系统分析,并以海南国际旅游岛为例进行了实证分析。本文的主要内容包括以下几个方面:第一部分,论文的研究背景、意义以及相关的理论综述。第二部分,区域旅游开发评价研究,提出从系统的角度对区域旅游开发的相关因素进行分析和评价的观点,这些因素主要包括旅游目的地子系统、旅游需求子系统以及旅游开发支持子系统。在这部分中我们构建了旅游目的地开发评价指标体系,并对旅游需求的定量方法进行了研究。第三部分,对国外成熟海岛的开发模式进行具体分析,从中总结出海岛开发模式的核心要素,并对核心要素的优化和整合进行分析。第四部分,对海南国际旅游岛进行实证研究,将前述的理论结果应用于海南国际旅游岛的建设上,对海南国际旅游岛的开发模式提出相关的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the continual adjustment of China’s industrial structure, the tourism industry, which of high degree of industrial linkage and radiation effects, gradually shows its important contribution to regional economic development .Thus regional tourism development has become a hot topic. Regional tourism development is a long, complex, high-investment and systematic engineering project. It requires a specific strategic planning, including infrastructure, tourism products and management system .Only in this way, can the market demand be satisfied based on the formation of its core competence and a sustainable and healthy development be secured. Therefore, evaluation of regional tourism and study on development model are of important theoretical and practical significance. Hainan is the only tropical island in China. Its unique advantages in resources decide the prospects and advantages of its focus on tourism development. Hainan’s international tourist island was formally incorporated into strategic national importance in 2010. The development of international tourism in Hainan Island is a major move in the process speeding up the development of Hainan’s modern service industry and achieving sound and fast economic and social development, has an important role in adjusting and optimizing the economic structure of China and the changing patterns of development model.Based on this background, the paper selected evaluation and development of regional tourism development model as a research topic, made a systematic analysis of regional tourism development evaluation system and the core elements needed special attention in the decision of development model. Hainan international tourist island has been chosen as a example of empirical analysis.The main contents include the following:1. Research background, significance, and related theory.2. The evaluation of regional tourism development. This paper presented a systematic perspective of factors related to regional tourism development analysis and evaluation. These factors include subsystems tourist, tourism demand subsystem and tourism development supporting subsystem. In this section we construct the evaluation index system to develop tourism and quantitative methods in tourism demand research. 3. Specific analysis on island’s mature development model of islands in foreign country, from which summarizes the core elements of the island development model, and the optimization and integration of core elements for analysis.4. Empirical research of Hainan’s international tourist island. The above theoretical results are applied to the construction of international tourist island of Hainan and relevant proposals on development model of Hainan international tourist island has been put forward.更多还原
