基于Skyline的电网规划辅助支持系统研究

【摘要】 改革开放以来,伴随着中国经济的持续快速发展,中国已成为世界电力生产和消费大国。电力应用的领域越来越广,对电力的技术发展的要求越来越高。电网规划是电网建设的重要内容,是协调城乡发展规划的必要手段,直接关系到城乡发展规划的执行和城乡空间布局的建立,如今,电网规划在满足电力供应需求的同时,适应城乡发展规划要求,提高电网规划的可操作性,提高电网运行的稳定性和经济性,也是规划人员研究的主要内容。变电站选址与线路走廊规划是电网规划的两项主要工作内容,由于这两项工作均具备明显的空间特征,解决好上述工作中的空间问题是做好电网规划的关键。三维地理信息系统(3DGIS)具备优越的三维空间表现能力,在解决空间问题上具备得天独厚的优势,是辅助支持电网规划工作最好的工具,其在三维虚拟环境中模拟电网规划成果实际应用的能力是电网规划人员迫切需求,建立在高精度数字高程模型(DEM)基础上的三维空间量测和空间分析功能也是电网规划人员的必备利器,本文以解决电网规划工作中遇到的空间问题为主要目标,分析了主流三维地理信息系统平台的特点,并指出了各自的核心优势与不足,研究了应用三维地理信息系统技术解决电网规划空间问题的关键技术,并以其中一种三维地理信息系统平台(Skyline)为例,设计和实现了电网规划辅助支持系统。

【Abstract】 Since reform and opening up, China’s economy has maintained sustainable and rapid development. China has become the world’s electricity production and consumption of power. Along with the power of the increasingly wide range of applications, the power of technology put new demands.Grid planning is the important content in grid construction, Is the necessary means to coordinate urban and rural development planning, directly related to the implementation of urban development planning and the establishment of urban and rural spatial distribution, and now, grid planning meeting the demand of electricity supply, while to meet the requirements of urban and rural development planning , to improve the operability of grid planning ,to make the entire Grid running at maximum efficiency and maximum effectiveness is planner’s main research directions.Substation location and power line planning is two major parts of the Grid Plan. Because of the distinct spatial characteristics between these two tasks, resolving the space problem in these tasks is the key to Grid planning.Three-dimensional Geographic Information System (3DGIS) is the best tool to solve the space problem。It is an urgent need for planners to demonstrate the achievement of the Grid planning. To establish the high-precision digital elevation model (DEM) based on three-dimensional space measurement and spatial analysis is also a necessary tool for network planners.In this paper, to solve space problems in network planning is the primary objective. ,. The main characteristics of three-dimensional analysis of geographic information system platform and their respective core strengths and weaknesses were pointed out, Using three-dimensional geographic information system technology to solve critical network planning space technology, and Taking Skyline 3D GIS platform as an example, a network supporting three-dimensional planning system has been designed and implicated.
