【摘要】 2007年12月20日,广西向国家发展改革委员会提出了《广西北部湾经济区发展规划》,在通过了国家发展改革委员会的诀议后,上报国务院,并于2008年2月21日得到温家宝总理的批复,将广西北部湾经济区开发的正式纳入国家发展战略,这也标志着广西北部湾经济区上升为国家级开发战略,它的建立也力图实现中国经济区发展的第四极,对此,越来越多的研究者开始关注北部湾,开始注意到这个充满经济潜力的地区。基于上述考虑,本文将从研究者角度来研究北部湾的工资水平问题,结合北部湾经济开发区前些年的工资水平数据,同时应用相应的理论模型,对开发区内的工资水平现状、相关影响因素进行分析,最后推测未来几年经济区内工资水平的发展趋势,希望所做的相关研究能够为有关部门政策措施的实施提供一个合适的理论范本,从而促进北部湾经济开发区又好又快发展。文章的写作思路如下:首先,通过分析研究国外的相关工资理论,以及国内学者的研究现状,找出目前对于工资水平研究的理论进程;其次,在此理论基础之上,通过对北部湾经济开发区的走访调查,获得第一手的资料和数据,分析北部湾经济开发区的工资水平现状,并梳理出相关问题;然后,通过灰色关联度、主因子分析以及回归分析等方法的运用,找出影响该地区工资水平的经济影响因素,同时探寻相应的制度影响因素;之后,运用多变量灰色数列预测模型,对北部湾经济开发区的工资水平进行预测分析;最后,针对研究结论的应用提出相应的建议,并指出了本研究的不足和研究展望。本文的创新之处是运用了灰色数列预测模型对北部湾经济开发区的工资水平进行预测,同时也是首次对某一经济开发区的工资水平进行研究分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 On the December 20,2007,Guangxi province plans to develop the North Bay Economic Zone. On the February 21,2008, After the aggreement of the State Council of China, With the approval of Wen Premier Jiabao’s approval, the North Bay Economic Zone in Guangxi formally incorporated into the national development strategy, which also marks the northern Bay Economic Zone in Guangxi rose to national development strategy. It is expected to become the fourth pole of the Chinese Economic Zone.Therefore so many researchers started to pay attention more and more to the North Bay, Where is full of economic potential.Based on the above considerations, this article will study the problem of wage levels in North Bay from the angle of researchers. With the wage levels in previous years data, to apply the appropriate theoretical model, researching the relevant factors, and finally suggesting the next few years the wage level of economic development trend of the region. In order to supply some help to the government and then to improve the development of the North Bay. Firstly,reading a lots article of wage theory,and to find out the current wage level of theory for the process in our country. Secondly, by the way of investigations, to obtain first-hand information and data, analysis of the Economic Zone status of wage levels, and to tease out the relevant issues. Thirdly, by the way of the gray correlation, principal factor analysis and the use of regression analysis and other methods to identify the level of wages in the area of economic factors, At the same time to explore the appropriate institutional factors. Fourth, using the gray sequence prediction model, Northern Bay Economic Zone in the wage level of predictive analysis. Finally, get the reasult and the defect, to forecast the future.The innovation of this article is to use gray prediction model to analysis Economic Development Zone, and also the first time to research an economic zone of wage level.更多还原
