【摘要】 高校思想政治教育负效性研究——对教育主、客体的研究具有重要的理论和现实意义。国内外以有相关论述。根据新形势、新任务,除按以往思路进行高校思想政治教育实效性研究外,还应加强高校思想政治教育负效性研究。现以高校思想政治理论课教师和大学生的负效性研究为突破口,力求改变思想政治理论课教师和大学生的负效现状。其中,高校思想政治理论课教师的负效行为主要包括四个方面:政治倾向模糊或错误、职业认同度低、教育内容片面、教育方法落后。为改变其存在的负效现状,进而提出克服高校思想政治理论课教师负效性的对策,包括四个方面:加强思想政治理论课教师的师德建设、转变传统思想政治教育模式、建立思想政治理论课教师负效性评估体系以及创建高校思想政治教育环境。大学生自我教育负效行为主要包括三个方面:社会责任意识弱化、观念偏西化传统道德理念消解、自我管理目标战略短缺。根据其存在的负效行为,提出克服大学生自我教育负效性的对策,包括三个方面:激发大学生自我教育的意识、坚持正确的道德价值导向、创设良好的大学生自我管理氛围,从而抑制大学生自我教育负效性的形成,促进自我教育能力的提高。因此,思想政治理论课教师在工作中应当避免出现负效行为,改变负效现状;大学生在学习和生活当中力求改变自我教育的负效行为,使得思想政治理论课教师和大学生、教与学在实际教学活动中能够形成良好的双向互动关系,以期真正提高大学生思想政治教育的实效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The negative effect of college ideological and political education research——The education of subject and object research has great theoru and reality significance.There are some relevant discussion in our country and abroad.Under the new situation and new tasks, in addition to the thinking of the past effectiveness of education in ideological and political study, we must also strengthen the education in ideological and political of the negative effect reserch. .There are ideological and political theory teachers and students of the negative effect research of breakthrough, sought to change their negative effect status. Among them, the ideological and political theory teachers negative effect acts mainly include four aspects: political orientation ambiguous or wrong、professional identity is low、educational content is one-sided , teaching methods behind. In order to change the negative effect of their existence status, and then put forward to overcome their negative effect of countermeasures, including four aspects: strengthening ideological and political theory teachers professional ethics、change the traditional mode of education in ideological and political、establishment the negative effect evaluation system of ideological and political theory teacher、to create environment for ideological and political education. Negative effect behavior of college students self-education has three aspects: sense of social responsibility is weakened、west of the concept and the traditional moral concepts are digested、self-management goals strategy is shortage. According to the existence of the negative effect behavior, and then raise self-education students to overcome the negative effect of countermeasures, including three aspects: stimulate awareness of self-education students、adhere to the correct orientation of moral values and create a good atmosphere for college student’s self-management, inhibit students student’s formation of the negative effect and promoting self-education capabilities. Therefore, the ideological and political theory teachers to avoid a negative effect behavior in the work, and change the status of the negative effect; students seek to change the behavior of the negative effect of self-education in study and living,which can form a good relationship for making the ideological and political theory teachers and university students、teaching and learning in the actual two-way interaction teaching activities in order to improve the effect of ideological and political education truly。更多还原
