底盘电力测功机标定方法

【摘要】 本论文选题来源于中国汽车技术研究中心的48"底盘电力测功机研发课题。底盘电力测功机是用于专业汽车测试、整车及零部件开发使用的专业室内测试设备,具有测试精度高、响应速度快、能够实现阻力及惯量模拟的功能。因此这种测试设备对开发和使用都具有很高的技术要求,为了能够达到这些技术要求,需要对设备的各项参数和性能进行校准和标定。本文的目的就是针对底盘电力测功机的结构特点和技术特点,对其标定方法进行了深入的研究,设并行程了适用于此类设备的通用方法。为实现这一目标,首先对底盘电力测功机的结构特点,技术特点进行了细致的分析,从而了解设备的测试原理和加载原理,从而进一步发现影响底盘测功机测试精度的各个因素,并将这些因素归纳为三类:底盘电力测功机的基本参数的校准、系统特性以及实验特性。其中基本参数是指测功机的转鼓直径及跳动、速度精度、牵引力精度;系统特性指系统对牵引力信号的响应时间、基础惯量、寄生摩擦阻力;实验特性指底盘电力测功机的道路载荷模拟能力。之后针对造成影响以上性能的各项因素形成原因和特点,设计了相应的标定方法,并逐项进行调试。通过大量的试验,得到这些参数的具体值,完成了校准工作。最后专门进行了验证性试验对测定结果的可靠性加以验证,最终得到了令人比较满意的结果,证明了标定方法的实用性。

【Abstract】 This objection is from the CATARC 48" chassis dynamometer research topics. Electrical dynamometer is the equipment used for professional automotive indoor testing, vehicle and spare parts development, with high precision, fast response, resistance and inertia analog functions. So this test equipment have a high tech-nical requirements, in order to meet these requirements, The calibration for the parameters and performance of the equipment is essential. The purpose of this paper is to make in-depth research for the structural features and technical characteristics of chassis dynamometer, provide the calibration method of this equipment.To achieve this goal, we should make a detail analysis to structure characteristics, technical features of chassis dynamometers first to understand the principles of the equipment and load testing principles. What’s more, we have to discovering the various factors that influent the accuracy of the tests. These factors will be grouped into three categories: electric chassis dynamometer’s basic parameters, system characteristics and experimental features.Basic parameters of which is the diameter of the dynamometer and the run-out of the roller, speed accu-racy, precision traction; system characteristics of a system of traction signal response time, based on inertia, parasitic friction; experimental features refers to the chassis dynamometer road load simulation capability. After the analysis of performance infect by various factors and causes, we have design the correspond-ing calibration methods, and debugging one by one. Through there are a large number of tests data, we have to study these parameters to complete the calibration work.Finally, confirmatory tests carried out specifically on the determination to verify the reliability of the results.
