保温复合墙板试验与理论分析

【摘要】 本文使用非线性有限元软件ANSYS对保温复合墙板的受力性能进行了模拟分析。首先参照对比试验为理论基础,使用ANSYS有限元软件模拟试验,对苯板放置在一侧和中间的两种保温复合墙板模拟了受剪承载力试验和受弯承载力试验,分别采用了水平单向分级加载和三分点加载。得出了荷载-位移曲线、荷载-挠度曲线、位移等值线图、应力等值线图、开裂荷载,极限荷载,并对这些模拟计算结果和试验进行了对比。分析结果表明聚苯乙烯塑料板放到墙体正中比放到一侧,破坏形态、承载能力、变形及裂缝开展稍好,但是并没有很大的变化。只是把聚苯板放到中间位置,保温复合墙板结构体系两侧混凝土等厚,施工更为方便可行,质量更容易得到保证。其次利用ANSYS对提出的两种新型结构的保温复合墙板施加均布荷载做了模拟对比分析。对比苯板放置在墙体两侧和放置在中间承载能力的大小是否相同。并将两种结构的荷载-挠度曲线、位移等值线图、应力等值线图进行了对比。结果表明苯板放置在两侧承载能力明显提高,裂缝发展较晚。最后从保温性能和市场价格对聚苯板和传热系数较低的聚氨酯泡沫塑料、聚苯乙烯发泡板进行了对比分析。并对免拆模的保温复合墙板的热工性能进行了理论分析计算。总结出这种免拆摸的保温复合墙板能满足使用要求,并且节能效果很好。以上研究结果可为保温复合墙体的工程应用和进一步分析提供参考。

【Abstract】 This paper analyses mechanical properties of insulation composite wallboard by nonlinearfinite element software ANSYS.Firstly, referencing contrast test as the theoretical basis, simulating shear strength test andflexural capacity test of two kinds of insulation composite wallboard by ANSYS finite elementsoftware. One situation is that benzene board is placed on side,the other situation is that benzeneboard is placed in the middle. The experiment adopts the horizontal unidirectional gradingloading and three locations loading. Through the test, we can get load-displacement curve,displacement and stress equivalent graphs, cracking loads and ultimate load. Simulation resultsand test were compared. Analysis results show that failure shape, bearing capacity, thedeformation and crack development for polystyrene plastic board in the middle is slightly betterthan on the side, but not big change. Considering placing the polyphony board in middle position,that makes concrete thickness on both sides of the insulation wallboard structure system is thesame. Thereby, its construction is more convenient, feasible, and easier to get quality guarantee.Secondly, this paper simulats analysis on a proposed two kinds of new thermal insulationcomposite wallboard by ANSYS. And ontrasted analysising carrying capacity size of benzeneboard placed on both sides and placed in the middle. And load force-displacement curve graph,stress and displacement equivalence equivalent graphs of two kinds of structures are compared.Results show that bearing capacity of benzene board placed in both sides was improvedobviously, crack development later.Finally this paper makes a comparative analysis on the insulating performance and the marketprice of polyphony board and heat transfer coefficient lower polyurethane foam plastics,polystyrene foamed board.And having analyzed theory calculation on the thermal performanceof insulation composite wallboard with exemption dismantle. Results show that the insulationcomposite wallboard with exemption dismantle can meet application requirements, and energysaving effect is very good.The research results provide a reference for engineering application and further analysis ofinsulation composite wall structure.
