食品供应链系统的稳健设计研究

【摘要】 本文研究的是对食品供应链系统进行稳健设计。食品供应链作为复杂的社会经济系统,随着竞争的日益激烈、经济不确定性因素的增大、消费者需求的个性化和多样化以及快速的环境变化,使供应链管理中存在着大量不确定性因素,这些因素是造成管理困难的主要障碍之一。稳健设计的目的就是降低不确定性给供应链绩效带来的不利影响,通过稳健设计来优化供应链从而提高企业的竞争力,有着重要的理论和现实意义。本文首先介绍了论文的研究背景及意义,阐述并总结了相关领域的国内外研究现状,然后分析了两种比较常见的稳健设计方法,并进行了比较,总结了各自的优势与劣势。双响应曲面法在试验和计算上的重复性较高,并且对于不确定性因素,在因素数量和试验次数的选择上,它有一定的约束性,基于此,本文提出了改进的双响应曲面法,同时,通过详细分析食品供应链的不确定性,确定了影响系统稳健性的重要因素。最后我们应用改进的双响应曲面法实现了食品供应链系统的稳健设计,获得稳健优化解,通过数值实验将稳健解与原方法获得的稳健优化解进行比较,验证了本文提出的改进的双响应曲面法的有效性。本文的创新性工作主要有以下几点:1.提出了改进的双响应曲面法。对稳健设计中常用的双响应曲面法进行了改进,使其能够更全面、灵活地分析不确定性因素,最终能获得一个更稳健的结果,弥补了原方法的一些不足。2.丰富了稳健设计理论在复杂的食品供应链领域的应用研究成果。本文全面系统地分析了食品供应链系统的特点、影响因素以及对系统有重要影响的不确定性因素,并将稳健设计的方法和相关理论应用在如何解决不确定性给供应链绩效带来不利影响的问题,丰富了稳健型的供应链系统设计的理论研究成果。3.定量化分析了食品供应链中存在的不确定性问题,能够更全面深入地解决不确定性给食品供应链带来的影响。

【Abstract】 The purpose of this research is to robust design for food supply chain system. As complex social and economic system, with the increasingly fierce competition and increase economic uncertainty, consumer demand’s personalized and diverse and rapid environmental change, food supply chain management has a lot of uncertainty factors that are difficult to manage the main obstacle. Robust design is the purpose of reducing uncertainty for the negative influence of supply chain performance, and optimizing supply chain so as to improve the competitiveness of enterprises, so there has important theoretical and practical significance.Firstly, this paper introduces the background and significance of research, and expounds and summarizes the current research status of related field, then we analysis two kind of common robust design method, and carries on the comparison, summarizes their respective advantages and disadvantages. Dual response surface method has a high repeatability in text and calculation, and for high uncertainty factors,it has a certain binding on the choice of factors quantity and testing time. Based on this kind of situation, this paper provides improved dual response surface method, meanwhile, through detailed analysis of the uncertainty of food chain, the author ensures the influence factors of the robustness on the system, finally we uses the improvement of dual response surface method, and realizes the robust design for food supply chain system, and obtain a robustness optimization solution. We comparises the robustness solution and the robustness optimal solution for response surface method through the numerical experiment, then it verifies the effectiveness of the improved dual response surface method.This innovative work has the following basically:1. This paper presents an improved dual response surface method. We improved the dual response surface method in robust design, which analysis uncertainty factors comprehensively and flexibly, and finally to obtain more robustness results, so this method makes up some shortcomings.2. This paper enriched robust design theory in complex food supply chain field of applied research. This paper comprehensive and systematically analyzes characteristics, influence factors on the food supply chain system and the uncertainty factors what have an important impact on the system. How to resolve the supply chain performance problems through the robust design method and related theory. Moreover it rich the theoretical research achievements for robust model of supply chain system design.3. In this paper, we make a quantitative analysis for the uncertainty of problem on the food chain, and it can more thoroughly solve the uncertainty impacts for the food supply chain.
