不同地区气温差异性对沥青路面结构设计的影响研究

【摘要】 我国幅员辽阔,从南向北分处寒带、温带和热带,从西至东海拔相差4000m以上,因此各地区自然环境差异性较大。沥青路面结构作为一种暴露于自然界的构造物承受着自然环境和行车荷载作用的反复作用而出现损害。在夏季高温时,沥青路面常出现车辙、泛油及推移等病害,而在冬季寒冷地区则伴有裂缝现象的产生,春融期时则表现出土基强度下降及水损害等病害。因此,怎样防止这些病害的产生是我国目前急需解决的一个难题。我国现行公路沥青路面设计规范采用15℃或20℃下沥青混凝土抗压回弹模量和劈裂强度作为路面材料的设计参数,半刚性材料则在规定龄期内测试其抗压回弹模量和劈裂强度。这些特定温度虽然考虑了路面结构受力的最不利状态,但仍难顾及到全国不同气温地区。针对沥青路面不同地区气温差异性对路面结构强度和寿命的影响,选取9个不同地区,分别采用半刚性和柔性基层沥青路面,通过计算不同地区不同月份温度下沥青路表面弯沉和各结构层层底拉应力,并以拉应力计算各结构层疲劳寿命,来论证气温差异性对沥青路面结构设计的影响。本文主要研究工作有如下几点:针对沥青路面的工作性能,分析我国不同气候地区的气温差异性。拟定典型沥青路面结构形式,通过道路结构温度场的计算,得到不同地区不同月份温度下沥青路面材料的设计参数。以不同地区不同月份温度下的材料设计参数计算沥青路面的路表面弯沉和层底拉应力,分析其与现行沥青路面设计规范的差异性。以不同地区不同月份下计算得到的各结构层层底拉应力对沥青路面的疲劳寿命进行预估,定量总结出气温对沥青路面结构设计的影响。由于沥青混合料是一种粘弹性材料,温度对其路用性能有着重要的影响。本文通过不同温度下材料参数的确定来分月计算沥青路面的弯沉、层底拉应力及疲劳寿命,分析论证温度对沥青路面的影响。本文所做研究工作将为我国沥青路面结构设计和规范的修订提供参考和借鉴。

【Abstract】 China enjoys vast territory. There can be seen the frigid, temperate and tropical zone from the north to the south, and 4000 meters altitude gap from the east to the west. Therefore, the natural environmental differences are prominent in different parts of China .The asphalt pavement, as a structure exposed to nature and shouldering the double effects of natural conditions and the pressure of vehicles, is damaged to some extent. In hot days at while in cold winter, it is suffering from rutting,flushing at while cracking. In the welting periods of spring, it’s often damaged because of the instability of earth subgrade and water erosion. So avoiding these damages is a difficult problem and our top priority now.The current specifications for design of highway asphalt pavement in China adopt the asphalt-concrete compression rebound modulus and cleavage strength of 15℃and 20℃as the designing parameters.These given temperatures are taken into consideration in the construction asphalt pavements, but it is hard to cover all the temperature zones in the whole country.With the asphalt pavement influence of the temperature difference in different areas on the intensity and lifespan of pavement, the author, choosing semi-rigid type base and flexible base in 9 areas to be the study objects, discourses upon the influence of different temperature on the structural design of asphalt pavement by calculating the surface deflection and the base bed’s tensile stress of asphalt pavement in different times and places, and thus measuring the fatigue life of each structural, this paper focuses on the following points.Tt was analied the temperature difference in different climate zones of China.Tt was produced the designing parameters for the construction materials under the condition of different temperatures in different months.It was calculated the deflection on the surface of asphalt pavement, bottom layer tensile stress and analied the differences in the standard of pavement designing. The forecast of the lifespan was conducted according to the tested tensional stress in different months of various areas, quantificationally summarizing the influence of temperature on the pavement structure design.Because the asphalt mixture is one type of viscous-elastic material, temperature exerts grave impact on the asphalt pavements. This study is attempted to calculate the deflection on the surface, the semi-rigid base and the fatigue lifespan of the asphalt pavements. According to the material parameters in different temperature, it is concluded with the influence of temperature on asphalt pavement.This study is hopeful to provide suggestion and implications for the design of the asphalt pavement structure and the standard modification.
