低噪音复合钛基润滑脂的研发

【摘要】 随着现代工业的发展,各行各业对轴承的噪音提出了更高的要求。在轴承加工精度越来越高的情况下,成为降低轴承噪音的重要因素。通过改变润滑脂的性能来改善轴承的噪音是一种既简单有经济的方法。复合钛基润滑脂是一种新型的多效润滑脂,具有非常优异的性能,应用前景广泛。因此,研制出一种具有低噪音性能的复合钛基润滑脂是有必要的。本课题主要从以下几个方面进行研究。研究了复合钛基润滑脂的基础油种类、基础油的比例、基础油的粘度、基础油的加入方式、原料之间的比例及不同添加比例的不同纳米颗粒等制备配方对润滑脂噪音性能的影响,根据试验结果总结分析得出规律,改进复合钛基润滑脂的配方,使所制备的复合钛基润滑脂具有良好的低噪音性能;对不同原料比例的研究采用正交试验的方法,由于酸与钛酸酯的量之间存在一定的比例,因此钛酸酯的因素水平定为活动水平,并用0.618法确定钛酸酯的活动水平。研究了炼制温度、冷却方式及研磨次数等制备工艺对复合钛基润滑脂噪音性能的影响,找到了一种可以使得复合钛基润滑脂具有良好低噪音性能的制备工艺。润滑脂的噪音测试采用速度型测试方法,所用仪器为杭州轴承试验中心有限公司生产的BVT-1型轴承振动测试仪。润滑脂的摩擦性能测试采用四球实验法,所用仪器为四球试验机。对所制得的低噪音复合钛基润滑脂的噪音性能、摩擦性能及理化性能进行测试,并与市场上的低噪音脂进行对比。通过课题的研究,总结出基础油、添加剂、酸与钛酸酯的比例以及炼制温度及冷却方式等对复合钛基润滑脂噪音性能的影响规律,并探索了润滑脂的噪音性能与所测的摩擦系数、磨斑直径及磨痕情况之间的相关性。该论文对低噪音复合钛基润滑脂的制备提供了指导,并为探索润滑脂的噪音性能与润滑脂的其他性能之间的相关性提供了借鉴。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of modern industry, high qualities of greases are stringently demanded by many factories.Grease become more and more important in reducing the noise of bearing. By changing the bearing grease to reduce the noise of bearing is a simple and economical method. Ti-complex grease is a new multi-effect grease, has very excellent performance and wide application prospects. So it is necessary to develop a kind of Titanium complex grease which can reduce the noise of bearing.The main subject of this paper is about the following aspects. Research the formulas of Ti-complex grease, include base oil type, the ratio of base oil, base oil viscosity, base oil way of adding, different ratio between materials, different proportion of different nano-particles. The impact of test results analyzed according to rules drawn, improved Ti-complex grease formula, so that the Ti-complex grease has good low-noise performance; research on the proportion of different materials using orthogonal test method, As a proportion of the factors exists between the amount of acid and titanate, so titanate set at the level of activity, and determined the titanate level of activity by 0.618 method. Research the refining temperature, cooling and grinding the composite frequency of preparation of titanium-based grease noise performance, find out a grease can make the composite titanium low-noise performance with good preparation. Grease noise testing using the speed-based testing methods, the instruments for the production of Hangzhou Bearing Test Centre Ltd’s BVT-1 bearing vibration tester. The friction performance of Grease tested by four-ball method, and use the four-ball test machine. Test the low-noise grease noise performance, friction properties and test the physical and chemical properties of prepared Ti-complex grease, and compared with low noise grease on the market.Through research projects, summed up the law of base oil, additive, the ratio of acid and titanate and refining temperature and cooling method how to effect the low-noise performance of Ti-complex grease and to explore the correlation between the performance of the grease and the noise. This research paper provide guidance on preparation of low-noise Ti-complex grease, and on explore the correlation between the noise properties of grease and other properties of grease.
