延吉市小学品德与社会课程实施现状调查研究

【摘要】 目前,我国基础教育课程改革正处于实施阶段,如何理解课程改革,如何正确的认识、把握与课程实施有关的各种因素,使课程改革更加合理有效,是当前课程改革面临的重要课题。为深入把握延吉市品德与社会课程改革的现状,找出《品德与社会》课程实施中存在的主要问题及成因,本文对延吉市小学的品德与社会学科新课程的实施现状进行了研究进行分析,并提出有效可行对策性建议。从理论上丰富了小学品德与社会课程实施相关的理论及实践研究,为促进延吉市小学《品德与社会》课程实施的稳步推进,提高延吉市小学品德与社会课教学的质量提供了参考。本研究主要运用文献法、调查法、统计分析法等研究方法进行研究。其中问卷调查是以延吉市12所朝汉小学品德与社会教师和1167名四、五年级小学生,80名老师为主要调查对象,进行走访调查。从品德与社会课程实施的态度、品德与社会课的教学、教材的使用、课程评价、课程资源的利用与开发、品德课师资队伍配置六个维度对延吉市新课程实施现状进行了研究,主要内容是:一、探究延吉市小学《品德与社会》课程实施中存在的问题;二、对延吉市小学《品德与社会》课程实施中存在问题的成因分析;三、提出延吉市小学《品德与社会》课程实施的有效可行的对策性建议延吉市品德与社会新课程改革取得了一定成绩:新课程理念得到贯彻;课程《品德与社会课程标准》成为教师教学的主要参考;新的教学方式得到推行;学生的学习方式得到转变;新教材的科学性得到肯定;《品德与社会》课程评价观念发生转变;教师专业化得到发展等。同时,延吉市《品德与社会》新课程的实施过程中还存在以下问题:教师探究新课程的积极性不高;《品德与社会课程标准》的使用存在表面化现象;《品德与社会》的教学质量有待提高;针对《品德与社会》教材的使用存在误区;与《品德与社会》相配套的评价机制尚未完善;教师队伍的不稳定性等。为促进延吉市品德与社会新课程的发展,本文提出以下建议:加强教育管理机构制度为学科所提供的制度保障;健全教研制度,加速推进活动;开展课题研究,搭建教研平台;进一步开展教学交流活动。

【Abstract】 The reform of China’s basic education curriculum is implementing at present. It is important how to know, how to understand and how to control various factors of implementation, so that it can keep the process of the reform more reasonable and effective. To grasp the current situation of Yanji City’s <<morality and society>> reform and find out problems of it, investigations about the new curriculum implementation were carried out in some primary schools of Yanji City. This article made some effective and feasible recommendations. It also enriched the theory and research of the new curriculum implementation. It offered some reference to both the promoting of the implementing process and the transforming of teaching quality.The paper used different researching methods such as literature review, investigation, statistic analysis. The respondents of the questionnaire survey were 80 teachers and 1167 students from Grade 4 to 5 who were from 12. They were from both Chinese- Korean primary schools and Chinese middle schools in Yanji City. This study carried out by 6 different points:the attitudes of the implementation, teaching of <<the morality and society>>, using of the textbooks, evaluating of the course, using and developing of the curriculum resources and the development of teachers resources. The paper has three main parts:first part, research of implementing problems in<<morality and society>>; second part, analysis about reasons of implementing problems in primary schools in Yanji; third part, effective and feasible recommendations.The reform of the new curriculum made some achievements:new curriculum rationale was implemented; the new curriculum offered as major reference to the teachers; new way of teaching method used; the way of the students learning changed; the scientism of the new curriculum was confirmed; the conception of the curriculum evaluation changed and teachers’development promoted. At the same time there were some problems; the initiative of the teachers were not high; the using of <<morality and society>> was not popularized; teaching quality of the new curriculum should be improved; misusing of the curriculum; the assessing system was not perfect and teachers’resources were not stabilized.To facilitate the development of the new curriculum, the article put forward some proposals:the education management system should support the subject; teaching and researching regulations should be perfected; the step of reform should be speeded up; researches should be carried out, chances of teaching and researching should be given and more exchanging activities should be organized.
