拖拉机双离合器CAD系统的研究和开发

【摘要】 农业生产的快速发展对拖拉机在各种工况下的作业速度及操纵性能提出了更高的要求,国内拖拉机大多采用传统手动机械式变速器,换挡平顺性差、操纵性差。双离合器式自动变速器继承了传统机械式变速器的结构特点,并且可以在不中断动力的情况下完成换挡,燃油经济性高,极大地满足了拖拉机的作业要求。目前,双离合器式自动变速器在汽车上的应用越来越广泛,然而在拖拉机上的研究依然处于空白阶段。研究开发双离合器式自动变速器,对于提高拖拉机的动力性、安全性和燃油经济性有重要的意义。双离合器是双离合器式自动变速器的核心部件,本文在传统离合器的设计基础上,结合双离合器的特点,提出了双离合器各部件的结构设计和校核方法。按照双离合器CAD系统所要实现的功能,设计系统软件界面,提出系统总体结构,设计参数化步骤,总结出能最优实现软件功能的程序流程图,在后续程序编译过程中将程序流程转化为相应的程序代码。建立了以渐开线花键齿廓中心线为Y坐标的花键渐开线齿廓模型,对各种API函数进行分析研究,利用VB6.0编译并调试程序,成功实现了摩擦片、钢片、中间支撑体等带有花键结构的零件的自动三维绘图。利用SolidWorks二次开发功能,借助在结构设计过程中获得的各零部件之间的几何约束和尺寸约束,开发出了双离合器CAD系统。实现输入双离合器的基本参数,输出各零部件的三维图,并自动生成装配体及二维工程图的功能。将该CAD系统应用于发动机功率37KW,输入轴转速2000r/min的双离合器式变速器实际设计,完成了变速箱双离合器零部件的参数化设计、整体装配体及二维工程图的输出。拖拉机双离合器CAD系统界面简洁,操作简便,计算校核及三维造型精度高,实现了输入双离合器基本参数,输出各零件三维图及装配体、二维工程图的功能,提高了双离合器的设计效率,降低了设计成本,缩短了产品的研发周期。

【Abstract】 The rapid development of agricultural production has put forward higher requestin to tractor speed and manipulating performance in various working conditions, domestic tractor used mostly traditional manual mechanical transmission, which has poor smooth shift, and affects the ride comfort greatly. Dual clutch type automatic transmission inherited traditional mechanical transmission’s parallel axis structure can finish shift in the condition of not interrupting power, and it also has high fuel efficiency, all of these greatly satisfy the tractor’s operational requirements. At present, the dual clutch type automatic transmission has been used more widely in cars, but its research on tractor is still blank stage. Research and development of double clutch type automatic transmission has a profound significance to improve the security, fuel economy and ride comfort of tractor.Dual clutch is the most important part of dual clutch automatic transmission, the text presents design methods of each parts in Dual clutch, which is based on the traditional clutch design and combining with dual clutch characteristics, process of selecting experience parameters and checking structure is also included.According to the function that dual clutch CAD system have to achieve, this text devised a system software interface for design, provide designer with visual impression. The overall structure and parametric steps are presented, summarized the program flowcharts which can realize the optimal function of software, in a follow-up procedures of compiling program, the flowcharts is transformed into the corresponding program code.The involute spline tooth profile that uses its centerline for Y coordinate is established, after analyzing various of API functions, using VB6.0 to compile and debug, successfully implement automatic 3d graphics of structures that contain spline such as friction plates, steel plates, and intermediate support body.Using SolidWorks second development function and the geometric constraint and the size constraint that are obtained in the process of structural design, developed a dual clutch CAD system. This can realize input the basic parameters, output each part’s three dimensional graph, and automatically generate assembly body and two-dimensional engineering graphics. Dual clutch type automatic transmission whose engines is 37KW, input shaft speed is 2000r/min has completed output of 3d drawing, whole assembly body and two-dimensional engineering graphics , and it will be delivered to factory for research .Tractor dual clutch CAD system has concise interface, simple operation, and high precision of calculation and 3d model checking, it has realized the functions of inputting basic parameters, outputting 3d map, assembly body and two-dimensional engineering graphics, the system can also improve the efficiency of the dual clutch design, reduce design cost and shorten the product development cycle.
