【摘要】 青年是国家的未来、民族的希望,是中国特色社会主义事业的建设者和接班人。中国共产党历代中央领导集体核心都高度重视青年和青年工作,时刻关注青年、关心青年、指引青年,对青年的地位和作用、青年的培养和教育、青年的成长和发展、青年工作等方面作了大量论述,从而形成了各自特点鲜明、内容丰富的青年观。历代中央领导集体核心的青年观是马克思青年观与中国青年和青年工作实际相结合的产物,是对马克思主义创始人青年观的继承和发展,是中国化的马克思主义青年观。研究历代中央领导集体核心的青年观,对于加强当代青年思想政治教育,对于指导当下青年成长和青年工作顺,具有重要理论意义和实践意义。本文共分为七个部分：第一部：青年观的基本理论。阐明青年的定义与特征、青年观的概念、马克思主义创始人青年观的主要内容,为下一步的研究奠定理论基础。第二部分到第五部分：在大量阅读、分析、归纳、历代中央领导集体核心关于青年和青年工作论述的基础上,回顾了历代中央领导集体核心青年观形成与发展的过程,介绍他们青年观主要内容,总结出他们青年观特征。第六部分：从青年的地位和作用、青年的政治教育、青年干部的选拔和使用和青年的发展目标四个方面总结归纳历代中央领导集体核心青年观的异同。第七部分：历代中央领导集体核心青年观的理论意义和实践意义。即继承和发展了马克思主义创始人青年观；拓展和升华了马克思主义青年学理论；为青年健康成长成才提供了行动指南；为开展青年研究提供了理论指导。更多还原

【Abstract】 Youth are the future and hope of the nation, and they are the successors of the builders of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The previous core collective leadership of the communist party of China thinks highly of youth and youth work, they always focus on youth, care about youth and guide youth. They have made a great deal of exposition on the state and role of youth, youth development and youth work, thus have formed distinct characteristics and rich content youth view. The view on the youth of the previous central collective leadership is the outcome of the combination of Max youth thought with China youth and work practice of youth. It is the in heritage and development of Max youth thought and is the socialized Max youth thought. To study the view on the youth of the previous core central collective leadership have important theoretical and practical meaning in guiding the youth to grow and help the youth work develop smoothly. The thesis is composed of seven parts:The first part is about the basis theory of view on youth. It mainly expounds the definition and characteristics of youth, the definition of Max youth view and the main contents of the view on youth of Max founder.Part two to part five expound the progress of formation and development of the view on youth of the previous core central collective leadership after a great deal of reading, analyzing and concluding the exposition on youth and youth work. These parts introduce the main contents and the characteristics of previous core central collective leadership.The sixth part concludes the similarities and differences of the view on the youth of the precious core central collective leadership from the aspects of the state and role of the youth, the education of youth, the selection and use of the youth and the cultivation goal of the youth.The seventh part expounds the theoretical and practical meaning of the view on the youth of the previous core central collective leadership. That is, the view on the youth of the previous core central collective leadership inherits and develops the view on youth of the Max youth founder, develops and distillates the theory of Max youth.
